  • 2 bay leaves;
  • 5 peas of allspice;
  • 20 g of parsley leaves;
  • 50 ml of drinking water;
  • 70 g of sugar;
  • 7 g of salt;
  • 100 ml of olive oil;
  • 2 g black pepper;
  • 180 ml of wine vinegar.

  1. A whole onion, allspice, a little salt, bay leaf and pork are put in a pot of water. The meat is boiled for 50 minutes, then cooled in the broth.
  2. The second onion is cut into thin rings.
  3. Parsley is chopped and mixed with onions.
