You will need:

  • chicken fillet - 200 g;
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.;

  • salt (to taste).

Preparation of ingredients:

  1. Boil chicken breast. Let it cool. Then cut into small cubes.

We collect the salad:

  1. First spread the potatoes, slightly add, squeeze, grease on top with a layer of mayonnaise.
  2. Next is the turn of the chicken breast. Distribute in a uniform layer, add, pepper and also cover with sauce on top.
  3. The next layer is onion and mayonnaise again.
  4. Next, put the pickles.
  5. We coat with mayonnaise and proceed to the final part.
  6. Grated yolks are poured mainly along the edge, with a strip with a diameter of about 4-5 cm. Then in the central part we lay out the egg whites in the shape of a swan, highlighting the wings with a double layer. From pieces of tomato or carrot, we cut out the beak.
