Order of preparation:

Necessary components:

  • butter - 30 g;
  • fresh cream (fat content not less than 20%) - 150 g;
  • onions - 4 pcs.;
  • pickled champignons - 500 g;
  • boiled-smoked ham - 20 slices;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • lemon;
  • wine (preferably dry white) - 400 ml;
  • flour - 60 g;
  • paprika, salt, pepper, parsley.

Cooking Method:

  1. Dice the peeled onion into cubes. We blot the mushrooms extracted from the jar with towels, shred in small pieces. Finely chop a bunch of parsley.
  2. We pass the onions in oil until transparent, add the mushrooms to it, fry until golden brown. Season the products with lemon juice, simmer for another 6 minutes.
  3. Pour wine into the stewpan, sift the flour, carefully mix the mixture with a whisk until the lumps disappear.
  4. Separately combine the yolks and cream, slightly whip the composition, introduce it into the alcohol mixture, again we mix everything well.
  5. We lay out the layers of ham on the board, apply a layer of mushroom filling, carefully roll the rolls, fix the edges with toothpicks.
  6. We place the products in a refractory bowl, pour the resulting wine sauce, send the form for 15 minutes in the oven (200 ° C).

We serve rolls with pickled mushrooms, decorating the dish with herbs.

Ham rolls with Guacamole filling

The bright taste of avocado, complemented by citrus notes, flavored with hot pepper and seasoned with olive oil, are the differences of the exotic filling originating from Mexican cuisine.

Product Set:

  • hot and sweet pepper;
  • avocado - 2 pcs.;
  • sliced ​​ham - 150 g;
  • olive oil - 40 ml;
  • lime;
  • cilantro - 5 branches.

Cooking process:
