A gentle roll of pita bread with salmon is not a budget but an amazingly tasty snack. The basis for it can be prepared independently or bought in a store. A great addition to the roll will be cheeses of various types and vegetables.

Simple pita roll with salmon and butter

Ingredients for 300 grams of slightly salted salmon: ½ pack of butter, thin wide pita bread.

  1. The fish is cut large and sent to a blender.
  2. There, pre-softened butter is added.
  3. The ingredients are interrupted until smooth.
  4. The resulting paste is applied to pita bread.

Gently rolls the roll. It is not necessary to squeeze it strongly so that the filling does not crawl out.

Ingredients: 2 pita bread, packing grams per 300 slightly salted fish, 150 grams of cottage cheese, a bunch of leaf lettuce, ½ fresh cucumber, salt, a pinch of oregano.

  1. Lavash base is covered with cheese, on top of which washed and dried salad leaves are laid out.
  2. A second sheet of pita bread is laid out on them and is also lubricated with cheese.
  3. Long thick fish pieces are distributed over it, which are sprinkled with oregano.

Cucumber Recipe

Ingredients: thin large pita bread, 3 fresh cucumbers, up to 200 grams of slightly salted fish, processed cheese without additives, sour cream, onion feathers and dill.

  1. Salmon gets rid of even the smallest seeds and is cut into thin slices.
  2. Cucumbers are also chopped. It is most convenient to do this with a peeler.
  3. The cheese is kneading with a fork, mixed with sour cream. The latter can be replaced with classic mayonnaise or unsweetened yogurt.

  5. The finished mass is covered with large pita bread. The fish and cucumbers cut into thin strips are laid out on top.

Ingredients for 400 grams of red fish: large fresh pita bread, 60 g of dill, 200 grams of soft cream cheese.

  1. Sour cream is combined with mayonnaise, mashed garlic is added to it.
  2. Piquant sauce is smeared with pita leaves. At the request of the cook, you can increase the amount of garlic, as well as add paprika.
  3. On top of the sauce is a green salad, which is covered with a second sheet of pita bread.
  4. The upper base is spread with curd cheese, on top of which fish strips are laid out.

The roll is twisted and removed to cool.

Baked pita roll with red fish and cheese

Ingredients: 1 kg of fish fillet, 2 pita bread, 300 grams of cheese, olive oil, 2 - 3 tablespoons of French mustard, 1 tsp. honey, lime juice, dry aromatic herbs, salt.

  1. Oil (1/3 tbsp.) Is mixed with mustard, citrus juice (1 tsp) and honey.
  2. Cheese is ground through a grater.
  3. The base of two pita breads is smeared with olive oil, over which fish strips are distributed.

Ingredients: pita bread, 80 g of semi-hard cheese, a can of salmon (canned food), 4 tablespoons of fat sour cream.
