Cooking a crabmeat roll according to this recipe will be a little more difficult than other options. It all consists in preparing the ingredients, namely roasting mushrooms with onions. The appetizer will turn out quite hearty, so it can act as a light breakfast or dinner.

The recipe consists of the following products:

  • crab sticks - 250 gr;
  • champignons - 400 gr;
  • pita - 3 sheets;
  • processed cheese - 6 units;
  • bulb;
  • boiled eggs - 6 units;
  • dill - 50-60 gr;
  • meaty tomatoes - 2 medium fruits.

We cut the mushrooms very finely, the onion is also finely chopped. Fry this part of the filling in oil until the liquid is completely evaporated from the fungi.Do not forget to salt the mushrooms, otherwise they will remain fresh to the taste.

Cut the crab sticks into a very small dice. We clean and cut eggs, as well as sticks.

Shred the greens very finely and mix with the eggs. If desired, this part of the filling can also be slightly salted.

Peel the tomatoes from the skin, and then cut into small pieces.

Expand the first pita bread and grease it with cheese. Top with onion and mushroom mass. Top with the next layer, also greased with cheese. On the second layer evenly distribute dill and egg mass. Repeat with the third layer and spread the crab sticks and tomatoes. We roll it, tightly compressing the layers. We give a couple of hours to soak and cut into pieces.

With cottage cheese and herbs

A simple, tasteful roll is prepared in just a few minutes. To prepare products, you just need to buy products in the store - no other actions are required

  • cottage cheese - 250 gr;
  • a pair of cucumbers;
  • sour cream or natural yogurt;
  • 200 grams of crab sticks;
  • 100 grams of greenery mix.

Three cucumbers, chop the greens. Finely chop the crab sticks. We mix the prepared products, seasoning with sour cream or yogurt - to whom, what is more like.

We distribute the filling on a pita in an even layer and twist it with a dense roll. We send it to the refrigerator for forty minutes - this will be enough to soak the crab-curd roll.
