A delicious and satisfying chicken roll can be served as a cold / hot snack or as a main meat dish. It all depends on the method of preparation of the treat. Poultry meat, and, for example, thin Armenian pita bread, can become the basis of the roll.

Marble Chicken Roll

Ingredients:

  • 650 - 700 g chicken fillet;
  • 30 g of quality gelatin;
  • spices and salt to taste (paprika and dried Provence herbs);
  • 4 - 6 tooth. garlic.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the prepared bird fillet into very small pieces.
  2. Chop the garlic randomly.
  3. Mix gelatin with salt and all selected spices. Their composition can be anything to the taste of the chef.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the meat with garlic and bulk ingredients.
  5. Transfer the mass to a baking sleeve.

To cook marble roll from chicken with gelatin at 170 - 180 degrees 40 - 45 minutes.

With mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 2 legs;
  • 150 - 170 g of champignons;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 1 small carrot;
  • 50 g of grated cheese;
  • spices for chicken;
  • coarse salt;
  • fat for frying.

Cooking:

  1. Remove the skin from the legs. Cut the meat from the bones in a single layer. Cover them with a bag, beat off and crush the flat filet with salted spices.
  2. Wash, peel and cut the mushrooms in tiny pieces. Fry mushrooms on any fat.
  3. Pour chopped onions and carrots to ready-made mushrooms. Fry foods together until vegetables soften. To salt.
  4. On chopped meat pieces, lay out a portion of the mushroom filling and sprinkle it with chopped cheese.
  5. Roll rolls, fix with threads and fry until golden and ready on any fat.

This recipe with mushrooms allows you to cook a very juicy hearty rolls. Deliciously serve them with potatoes or rice.

Cooking in a bottle with gelatin

Ingredients:

  • 3 large chicken legs;
  • 10 to 12 peas of black pepper;
  • 4 bay leaves;
  • 25 g of gelatin;
  • 3 tbsp. filtered water;
  • 0.5 tsp table salt.

Cooking:

  1. Put the well-washed chicken in the cauldron, add the laurel, salt and pepper to it. Pour the products with warm water and cook for 40 - 45 minutes.
  2. Disassemble the cooled chicken by hand. Separate the clean fillet and tear it into fibers.
  3. Strain the remaining broth, dilute the gelatin in it and allow the latter to swell for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir the broth so that the gelatin dissolves in it well.
  4. It is very simple to prepare the dish in question in a bottle. The main thing is to choose a tank with a wide neck. For example, from milk.
  5. Lay the bottle horizontally and distribute the boiled chicken meat removed from the bones in it. Pour all the broth with gelatin and mix.
  6. Leave the food in the cold for 4-6 hours to harden.

From the finished dish will only have to carefully cut the bottle. Chop the roll into slices and serve with fresh wheat bread.

Lavash roll with chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 PC. Armenian pita bread;
  • 200 - 250 g of boiled chicken fillet;
  • 1/3 Art. classic mayonnaise;
  • 100 g of any grated cheese;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt;
  • spice;
  • several branches of any fresh greens.

Cooking:

  1. Pita bread cut into 2 parts.
  2. Twist the cooled boiled chicken in a blender to the state of large crumbs. Salt it, add mayonnaise, spices and chopped herbs.
  3. Using the silicone culinary brush, distribute the resulting filling over the first pita bread spread on the table and cover with the second part of the base.
  4. Grease the top pita bread with classic mayonnaise and evenly cover with grated cheese.
  5. Wrap pita bread in a tight roll and cover the workpiece with cling film on top. Clean in the cold for a couple of hours.

Cut the finished pita roll with chicken into wide, even slices.

How to make whole chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken;
  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves;
  • 3 dessert spoons of sour cream;
  • 1 teaspoon of table salt;
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet mustard;
  • pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Trim the tail, neck, and wings of a chicken carcass. Make a vertical incision along the back to the spine.
  2. Using a thin, sharp knife, carefully remove the meat from the ridge and ribs. The joints encountered along the way are cut along the cartilage. The legs also make incisions above the joints.
  3. The meat should be turned outward around the bone, cutting it in the process. Remove bones. Also do with wings.
  4. Move further by cutting the meat from the ribs. Repeat on both sides.
  5. The resulting meat layer is slightly trimmed with a kitchen mallet. Do not remove skin from it.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and spread the resulting garlic-sour cream mass on the chicken.
  7. Roll the roll from the edge of the meat layer to the middle and bandage it with threads.
  8. Wrap the roll in a baking bag, tie it and make a few punctures with a toothpick.

Prepare a whole chicken dish for 40 - 45 minutes in the oven at medium temperature. 10 minutes before the end of the specified period, cut the coating and increase the heating temperature to 200 degrees.

With prunes

Ingredients:

  • a pound of chicken fillet;
  • classic mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper mixture;
  • sunflower oil;
  • fresh garlic to taste;
  • cheese;
  • 50 g pitted prunes;

Cooking:

  1. For 40 minutes, rinse dried fruit with hot water. Then chop finely.
  2. Cut the fillet into plates, beat and grate with salt and pepper.
  3. Grease one side of each meat piece with mayonnaise and put a portion of prunes with a small amount of chopped garlic on it.
  4. Roll up the blanks with rolls and fix them with threads.
  5. Put the rolls in oiled form and cook at an average temperature for about half an hour.

Sprinkle grated cheese rolls with prunes and return to the oven for another 5 - 7 minutes.

A simple recipe with cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 thin pita bread;
  • 1 large boiled chicken leg;
  • 1 pinch of turmeric and as many spices for chicken;
  • 150 - 200 g of cheese;
  • salt, mayonnaise and mustard - optional;
  • bunch of lettuce leaves.

Cheese for such an appetizer can be taken piquant, because the fillet is fresh and admits proximity to all kinds of additives.

Cooking:

  1. Boil chicken until cooked in salt water. Remove the fillet from the bones, tear it into fibers and sprinkle with turmeric.
  2. Lettuce coarsely tear. Coarsely rub the cheese. Salt mayonnaise, mix with mustard and spices.
  3. Generously grease the first sheet of pita bread with the sauce from the previous step and sprinkle thickly with cheese. Spread chicken and lettuce on top.
  4. Cover everything with a second sheet of pita bread and repeat the layer of sauce and filling.

Tightly wrap pita roll with chicken and cheese, cool and cut in portions.

Smoked chicken roll

Ingredients:

  • 1 pita;
  • 1 large cucumber (fresh);
  • half a glass of Korean carrots;
  • fresh parsley;
  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • 150 - 200 g smoked chicken;
  • light mayonnaise;
  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the smoked chicken removed from the bones into small cubes, fresh cucumber along with the skin and boiled eggs.
  2. Finely chop the parsley. Squeeze piquant carrots from the marinade.
  3. Lay the pita bread on the table, grease it with mayonnaise and strips, one next to the other, put the components of the filling on it.
  4. Sprinkle mayonnaise on top.

Dietary Chicken Breast Roll

Ingredients:

  • 3 halves of chicken fillet;
  • 6 slices of orange;
  • 9 pcs. dried apricots;
  • 3 dessert spoons of soy sauce;
  • 3-4 tooth. garlic
  • 3 dessert spoons of corn oil.

Cooking:

  1. Combine oil and classic soy sauce. Coat the resulting chicken fillet mixture. This will take about half the marinade. Leave the chicken in this form for 40 - 50 minutes.
  2. Free orange slices from all films. Add mashed garlic to the remaining marinade. Rinse dried apricots, soak in hot water and cut.
  3. On pickled chicken pieces make cuts in the form of pockets and fill them with orange and dried apricots.
  4. Coat the pieces with the remaining marinade. Roll the meat into rolls and send each one to a baking bag. Wrap on both sides and cook rolls in a pan with water for 50 minutes.

Leave the refreshment to cool for 5-7 hours.

Step by step cooking in bacon

Ingredients:

  • 400 g chicken fillet;
  • 100 g of bacon;
  • 1 dessert spoon of sweet mustard;
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil;
  • 2 pinch of salt and spices;
  • 2 quail eggs.

Cooking:

  1. Each fillet cut lengthwise into 2 - 3 parts.Pieces are good to beat off on each side and grate with a mixture of spices and salt.
  2. For the marinade, combine mustard, quail eggs and butter, salt the mixture.

  • 1 egg

  • frying oil.

Cooking:

  1. Put the beaten, salted and sprinkled curry pieces of chicken on the table. Spread strips of bacon over them.
  2. Cover everything with grated cheese and parsley, wrap each piece with roll.
  3. Coarsely rub the potatoes, salt and mix with the egg. To cover rolls with this mass.
  4. Fry each until the meat and potatoes are cooked in boiling oil.

Serve hot rolls with vegetable salad.

Spinach Appetizer

This dish will be a great addition to the diet of those who follow the figure. It has enough protein, vitamins and carbohydrates, and the fat content is minimal.

Ingredients:

  • 300 - 350 g of chicken breast;
  • 100 g of feta cheese;
  • 2 raw and 2 boiled eggs;
  • 300 g spinach;
  • 1.5 dessert spoons of soy sauce and the same amount of olive oil;
  • half a glass of grated Parmesan;
  • a pinch of sea salt, paprika and curry;
  • 100 g of green onion feathers.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the chicken into slices, grind in a blender with spices, egg, soy sauce, sea salt and all spices.
  2. Distribute the resulting mass on cling film.
  3. Pour spinach and green onions with boiling water and fry in olive oil for 5 - 6 minutes. Send boiled egg cubes to them.
  4. Add grated cheese and feta cheese to the filling in small pieces. To salt.
  5. Distribute the filling on the meat basis of the roll, carefully roll it up and remove the film.

Bake the roll for 17 - 20 minutes at 170 degrees.

Chicken roll with omelet

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken carcass;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 dessert spoons of milk;
  • fresh garlic to taste;
  • salt and paprika.

Cooking:

  1. Remove the skeleton from the chicken carcass. Discard the remaining meat, grate with salt and paprika. Spread crushed garlic over it and leave it alone for 20 minutes.
  2. For an omelet, beat eggs with milk and salt and fry the mixture in a pan.
  3. Lay the omelet on a meat layer, roll the components with a roll, dress with a thread and pack in foil.
