  3. Enter sour cream and mustard, mix thoroughly.
  4. Beat eggs, sprinkle flour and starch, season the minced meat with sugar, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir the cutlet mass until smooth. In terms of density, it should resemble dough for fritters. If liquid, add a little flour.
  6. Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. I usually cook it in the evening, and in the morning I start to fry the cutlets.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, mix the mass and lay out the servings with a tablespoon. Remember that they need to be well cooked, but not burned - therefore, the fire should be small, and the cooking time should be 6-8 minutes on each side, until a dark golden crust appears.
