Tips for wrapping a roll of pita bread

So that rolls from pita bread with different fillings do not fall apart and reliably hold all the contents in themselves, they must be correctly wrapped.

The easiest way to do this is by the principle of shawarma:

  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • lime / lemon juice - 1 small spoon;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • avocado - 1 pc.;
  • cucumber and sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
  • pita - 1 pc.

Cooking:

  1. Remove the seed from the avocado. Remove the skin. The remaining soft part can be arbitrarily cut, or you can just mash it with a fork.
  2. Cut the cucumber into thin slices, pepper pod into strips.
