  1. In a generous amount of vegetable oil, you need to fry the pre-chopped garlic until it gives its taste and aroma. After that, it is removed.
  2. Cut the chicken medium-sized and fry in the resulting garlic oil until golden brown.
  3. Boil rice noodles and rinse with cool water.
  4. Put it in a bowl, send chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes and fried chicken to the same place.
  5. Then you need to prepare a dressing. To do this, fry a little garlic in the remaining sunflower oil, and then discard the once spicy meal. Wine vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and the resulting garlic oil are mixed in a separate container. Mix thoroughly.
