  • one black radish;

  • 550 g of white kvass;

  • a bunch of greens (onions, dill, parsley).

Step by step cooking:

  • greens (onions, dill) - 1 bunch;
  • wine vinegar (white) - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Cooking:

  1. We wash the chicken breast with water. Cut fat and veins from it. Boil the meat in a pan with water for 30 minutes. Cut the prepared and cooled breast into cubes.
  2. Wash potatoes under running water. Boil the tubers in a pan until cooked. Then peel the potatoes and cut the vegetables into cubes.
  3. We wash cucumbers and radishes with water. Cut vegetables into slices.
  4. Boil the egg for 7 minutes. Then fill them with ice water and peel them. Cut the peeled eggs into cubes.
  5. We wash the greens under running water. Cut into small pieces.
  6. Now in one deep dish we combine all the crushed products. Pour kefir and vinegar into them. Salt cold soup to taste.

The composition of okroshka:

  • 0.5 kg of fish fillet (white);
  • fresh cucumbers - 3 pcs.;
  • radish - 1 pc.;
  • kvass (bread) - 1.5 l;
  • greens (onions, parsley, dill) - 2 bunches;
  • potatoes - 3 tubers;
  • table eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • 5 g of home mustard;
  • 80 g sour cream;
  • salt to taste.

Step by step preparation of cold soup:

  1. Pour water into the pan, add salt. We put iron utensils on the stove. When the water boils, put the fish in it and boil it for 15 minutes. Then remove the fillet, cool and cut into cubes.
  2. Boil the potatoes in their skins until ready. Peel the tubers. We cut the vegetables into cubes.
  3. Cucumbers are washed in water. Gherkins are cut into cubes (you can cut the peel from cucumbers if desired).
