  1. We cut the meat. A piece weighing 50 g is placed in a pan. Fill with cold water. Add the garlic. Salt, pepper, put on a slow fire to cook the broth. In the process, do not forget to remove foam from it.

  1. The fillet is cut into strips, sent to the bowl of the multicooker in the "Frying" or "Baking" mode.
  2. Onions are diced and added to the meat.

  • garlic;
  • greenery;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt, pepper and other spices to taste.

The amount of garlic and spices depends on individual preferences. Turmeric fits well with this dish. It gives the dish a piquant taste. You can also use a mixture of peppers, hops - suneli. It is not recommended to resort to "universal" seasonings. They have too intense taste. Muffle the taste of natural products.

  1. We put buckwheat to cook. To cook friable buckwheat on water, it is necessary to observe the proportions of cereals and water, which were mentioned at the beginning of the article.
  2. Bell pepper, carrots, onions cut into cubes. Strain in a small amount of pre-warmed vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
