  1. First you need to fry the pork chopped into small pieces on a frying pan on all sides. Some housewives prefer to do this without oil. In this case, the dish turns out less greasy.If a lot of juice is extracted from the meat, then it should be drained into a separate bowl.
  2. White onion and carrots grated on a coarse grater are added to the meat. The mixture is salted, seasoned with selected spices and fried until soft vegetables on medium heat.
  3. The meat juice is returned to the pan, and with it, tomato paste is added to the dishes. All the ingredient is stewed over low heat for 20-15 minutes.

You will need to use the following ingredients: 500 g pork tenderloin, 400 ml. meat broth (preferably from the same product), 2 pcs. carrots, onions and tomatoes, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 4 tbsp. l tomato paste.

Stages of cooking step by step:

  1. Well-washed and dried meat is cut into small sticks and fried in fat or oil until golden brown.
  2. Vegetables chopped in any convenient way are sent to the pan to the pork. Tomatoes (like carrots) can be rubbed on a coarse grater, putting the remaining skin to the side.
  3. When the vegetables are well fried, tomato paste and broth are added to them. If necessary, the mixture is salted, seasoned with culinary favorite spices and left to stew on a minimum fire.
  4. After about 40 minutes, chopped garlic is added to the dish, the stove turns off, and it languishes for another 7-10 minutes.

If instead of tomato paste, juice is used in the preparation of the dish under discussion, then wheat flour will be required to thicken the gravy. Otherwise, it will turn out to be too liquid. In addition to the standard amount of pork, you need to take: 350 ml. natural tomato juice (you can make homemade homemade), a couple of tablespoons of flour, 200 gr. oily sour cream, onion and a couple of bay leaves.

  1. The meat is cut into small pieces and fried over high heat. It is very important that exclusively pure fillet without fat is used. In the process of cooking it needs to be pepper. It is best to use a mixture of several types of pepper for this.
  2. To meat, covered with a delicious golden crust, onion and salt, chopped in large pieces, are added. Use it in such a dish is required. The vegetable softens the meat and makes the taste of the finished treat more intense. Together, the ingredients are stewed over medium heat for about 15 minutes. If there is no liquid left in the pan, you can add some water to it.

But the smallest family members, he seems too sharp.To prepare the dish you will need: 400 g of meat, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste, 200 g fat sour cream, 2 sweet bell peppers, a couple of cloves of garlic (you can replace the fresh product with dry granulated), 1 tbsp. l mustard, horseradish root to taste.

  1. The meat is quickly fried over high heat until golden brown (it is best to cut it into thin strips).
  2. Large half rings of bell pepper, carefully peeled from seeds, are sent to the pan with pork. Already at this stage, it is worth adding garlic or a granular product, cut into small pieces, as well as salt.
  3. When the slices of pepper become soft, you can pour meat with vegetables in a future sauce. To do this, mix tomato paste, sour cream and mustard. All together, the ingredients are stewed for at least 15 minutes.
  4. About 5 minutes before the dish is ready, the horseradish root is added to it. Its quantity depends on the tastes of the cook and all his household.

  1. The meat is cut across the fibers into small pieces and, together with the onion, sliced ​​in half rings, fried until the vegetable is transparent.
  2. Peelless tomatoes are rubbed on a coarse grater, bell pepper is peeled from seeds and cut into cubes, eggplant - in miniature slices. The latter are quickly fried for 3-5 minutes. Eggplant should become soft, but not lose shape.
  3. Vegetables are sent to the meat, the whole mixture is salted, poured with water (approximately 400 ml.) And stewed over low heat for 25 minutes. Shortly before cooking, garlic and pepper are added to it. If desired, you can also add salt to the dish and add any other selected spices to it.

Pour mashed potatoes or any other side dish with ready-made treats. Vegetables make it especially thick and original in taste.

Cooking recipe with adjika

Adjika adds spice and piquancy to the dish under discussion. You can use both home and ready-made purchased product. The amount of such an additive can be adjusted to your liking. Usually 1 tsp is enough. adjika for 500 g of meat. In addition to the listed ingredients, you need to prepare the following: a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste or ketchup, onion, 0.5 cups of meat broth. The latter can be replaced with plain water. Of course, you can not do without salt and spices.
