  • salt to taste.

Step-by-step instructions on how to cook:

  1. Boil the fillet, and then cut into slices 2-3 cm.
  2. Fry flour until brown. Oil does not need to be added.

  • 50-70 ml of water;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 3 segments of garlic;
  • 1 tbsp. l flour;
  • salt, spices and herbs to taste.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Boil chicken meat.
  2. While it is boiling, you can wash the mushrooms and cut into strips.
  3. Fry the mushrooms in butter. It is necessary to fry under a closed lid for 10 minutes over medium heat. If the mushrooms start to burn, add more oil.
  4. Peel the onion and garlic.
  5. Chop the onion finely.
  6. Skip the garlic through a special press.
  7. Add onions, garlic, spices and salt to almost cooked mushrooms. Stir and fry for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the fillet from the pan and cool under a stream of cold water.
  9. Then finely chop the chicken and send to the mushrooms.
  10. Stir the contents of the pan.
  11. Add sour cream and water, then cover and reduce heat.
  12. Stew for 10 minutes, after which sprinkle the gravy with flour and stir with a fork.
