On the basis of minced chicken, you can cook a delicious gravy in a slow cooker with vegetables.

What do you need:

  • minced chicken - 400 g;
  • onion, pepper, tomato - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • tomato juice - a glass;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • sugar, salt, spices and herbs - at your own discretion.

How to cook:

  1. Chop the onion and pepper. Grind tomato and garlic.
  2. Pour oil into the bowl of the appliance, start the “Frying” or “Baking” mode. Sauté the onion and garlic. After 2 minutes add pepper.
