Sausages can hardly be called a popular ingredient for pizza. But if you cook at home, then bold culinary experiments are acceptable.   2. Next, finely rub the "Russian" cheese. To make it easier to do, and the resulting chips do not stick together, it is recommended to cool the ingredient well.
  3. Now grease the bottom and walls of a suitable pan with a piece of butter. Put a soft layer of dough inside.
  4. Lubricate the surface with a sufficient amount of tomato sauce. Evenly distribute relatively thin (about 0.5 cm) circles of sausages and rings of olives.
  5. Cover everything with a generous cheese layer. Flatten. Cover with a hole and place on the middle ring.
  6. Cook a simple pizza with sausages in a pan for about 10 minutes. Serve by carefully moving on a plate.

  • potatoes - 100 g;
  • Russian cheese - 65 g;
  • Mozzarella - 65 g;
  • sausages - 5 pcs.;
  • ketchup - 1.5 tbsp. l .;
  • spices "For potatoes" - a pinch;
  • frying oil - as needed;
  • flour - 110 g;
  • butter in the dough - 60 g;
  • small chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • soda - 1/3 tsp;
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp. l

Step by step recipe:

  1. Wash the potatoes with a brush, and then transfer to a saucepan. Introduce water in which and boil until soft for 35 - 40 minutes.
  2. At the same time, beat the warm butter to a plastic consistency, and then finely pour the egg mixed in a glass without stopping the interruption process.
  3. In a homogeneous mass add sour cream and soda. After mixing the products, sift the flour. Knead the dough for a short time, assemble into a ball. Wrap with a film, setting aside for half an hour at room temperature.
  4. Next, peel the potatoes “in their skins”, cut into halves of circles, which they quickly fry to a crust in butter. Alternatively, grate the cheese and chop the mozzarella.
  5. Turn on the oven 180 degrees. Spread a sheet of parchment on the table. Lay the brewed dough in the middle. Roll a round layer, forming smooth edges. Pierce the entire surface with a fork or knife.
  6. Cover the base of the pizza with ketchup. Put slices of fried potatoes on an even layer, between which place sausage circles.
  7. Sprinkle the ingredients with potato seasonings and hard cheese. At the end put Mozzarella. Parchment drag on a baking sheet, which put in a hot oven.
  8. Bake pizza with potatoes and cheese for no more than 15 minutes.

Potatoes can be added without roasting. However, a golden fragrant crust will make baking especially delicious!

Chicken and Tomato Baking

If you make a pizza topping with sausages and tomatoes, adding chicken, it will be very satisfying and tasty!

 

Required Products:

  • chicken breast - 150 g;
  • garlic ketchup - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • purchased puff pastry - 250 g;
  • cherry - 5 pcs.;
  • dried basil - to taste;
  • sausages - 3 pcs.;
  • Dutch cheese - 75 - 80 g.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Defrost puff pastry (without yeast) at room temperature, taken out of the package. Then unfold and cut off half (it will take 250 g).
  2. Roll out the formation a little, and then gently move it to a baking sheet, where a sheet of baking paper, smeared with refined oil, already lies.
  3. Coat the surface of the pizza base with garlic ketchup. Spread out fresh chicken breast, previously cut into thin longitudinal slices.
  4. Next place the circles of sausages and halves of cherry. Sprinkle the ingredients with dried basil and grated cheese. Level with a slight movement.
  5. Put the future pastries with chicken and tomatoes in the oven. Stew at 180 - 185 degrees for about 15 - 18 minutes until the chicken is ready.

Cherry indicated in the recipe can be replaced with ordinary tomatoes. In this case, the fruit is recommended to be thinly cut into small slices.

With sausages around the edges

Today, pizza masters often fill pizza sides with cheese or ham. But this recipe suggests making a dish with sausages around the edges. It will turn out unusual!

To make pizza, you need to take:

  • yeast dough - 270 g;
  • sausages - 8 pcs.;
  • hot ketchup - 1.5 tbsp. l .;
  • hard cheese - 80 - 85 g;
  • pickled cucumber - 70 g;
  • onions - 40 g;
  • egg yolk for lubrication.

The recipe for the steps:

  1. Knead a quick yeast dough on flour (1.5 cups), water (55 ml), granular yeast (3-4 g), butter (2 tsp) and a pinch of salt. After mixing the mass, move it into a suitable dish, which is wrapped with foil.
  2. After half an hour, cut a relatively large pickled cucumber into thin slices. Do the same with sausages. Finely rub the cheese, chop the peeled onions in half rings.
  3. Knead the risen dough. Separate and take away part of it (70 g). Roll out a round layer from the residue, which immediately shift to a baking sheet with oil.
  4. Grease the top with sharp ketchup, leaving 1.5 cm of the free edge. To fill with a part of sausages Between them lay out the cucumbers with onions. Add to cheese.
  5. Roll out the rest of the dough into a rectangle. Cut into strips. Make the size so that it is convenient to wrap the pieces of sausages (1.5 cm). Pinch the edges of the workpieces. Get 24 pieces.

  • deep-frying oil - a glass;
  • puff pastry - 250 g;
  • Mozzarella cheese - 55-60 g;
  • Sour cream cheese - 60 - 65 g;
  • champignons - 5 pcs.;
  • garlic tomato sauce - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • sausages - 4 - 5 pcs.

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. Process zucchini and mushrooms. Cut the first into halves of circles, and the second into medium-sized longitudinal slices. Chop sausages (thickness up to 1 cm).
  2. In a stewpan, heat enough oil. In hot deep fat, fry the above ingredients in turn. Fold on a plate covered with napkins. Salt the surface of zucchini and mushrooms.
  3. Put a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet. Place a layer of purchased puff pastry, previously thawed at room temperature, on top.
  4. Grease with garlic tomato sauce. Place the fried sausages, zucchini and mushrooms evenly. Add mozzarella slices and grated "Sour cream" cheese.

  • red bell pepper - 180 g;
  • sausages - 6 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 6 tsp;
  • hot ketchup - 6 tsp;
  • pitted olives - 6 pcs.;
  • butter for parchment - 50 g;
  • cream cheese plate - 6 pcs.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Cover baking sheet with baking paper. Grease with butter. Arrange on it six slices of loaf.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and hot ketchup in a bowl. Mix. Lubricate the surface of the bread obtained with dressing (2 tsp. Per slice).
