  1. Pre-fry the mushrooms, you can add a little onion.
  2. Cut the meat into strips.
  3. Peel the sweet peppers from the seeds and cut them into cubes, and the tomatoes into circles.
  4. Roll out the dough in a thin layer, about ½ centimeter, and cut a circle to fit the crock-pot bowl.
  5. Mix olive oil with tomato paste, the mixture obtained, grease the surface of the dough.

  • kefir - 1 cup;
  • flour - 1 cup;

  • soda - 1/3 teaspoon;
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. spoons.

For the filling based on one finished product:

  • olives - 10 pcs.;
  • sausage - 60 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • champignons - 2 pcs.;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • tomato sauce to taste;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • hard cheese - 70 g;
  • fresh herbs to taste.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. We prepare the filling, for this, with the exception of cheese, we cut all the ingredients in any form. Grate the cheese.
  2. Knead the dough. Salt flour, add soda, pour oil. Break the egg and fill with kefir. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed.
