  1. Sift about 300 grams of flour. Transfer it to a deep bowl.
  2. Add a little sugar and salt to the flour.
  3. Pour in 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil.
  4. Now pour purified water and milk (110 milliliters each) into a separate saucepan. Heat the mixture a bit over gas.
  5. Dissolve the yeast in a warm liquid.
  6. Pour the milk mixture into a bowl of flour.
  7. Now knead the dough.
  8. Sift the remaining 100 grams of flour. Add it to the dough, as needed.
  9. When the dough has become homogeneous and does not stick to your hands - it is ready. Cover the container with a clean towel and place in a warm place.
  10. Rub a clove of garlic on a fine grater.
  11. Put the tomato paste in the pan. Pour 3 tablespoons of water to it.
  12. Add garlic and oregano to the paste. Mix everything and turn on a small fire. Boil the sauce until thick. It takes a few minutes. During the frying process, do not forget to stir the sauce.
  13. Cut the chicken into small pieces and boil it in salted water. The approximate cooking time is 15 minutes. It depends on pieces of meat. If the chicken is easily pierced with a fork, it is ready.
