Prepare such products:

  • pressed yeast - 15 g;
  • 1st grade flour - 3 cups;
  • salt - about 5 g;
  • granulated sugar - 20 g;
  • fatty kefir - 200 ml (nonfat gives a fresh taste);
  • odorless vegetable oil - 45 ml;
  • fresh green onions - 1 bunch;
  • eggs of the 1st grade - 2 units. + one more for greasing;
  • white round rice - 50 g;
  • salt - "by eye".

Pies with rice, egg and green onions are prepared as follows:

  1. Combine warm (but not hot!) Kefir with sugar, salt and vegetable oil.
  2. Sift the flour, then add the yeast. Pour in the same kefir mixture.
  3. Stir the composition with a spoon or hands. Knead until a viscous consistency is achieved. It takes a few minutes.
  4. Cover the resulting kolobok with cling film or a towel and place for one hour in a warm place.
  5. Rinse the green onions thoroughly, remove the white “ponytails” - we only need the green part. It must be finely chopped.
  6. Boil the rice in the usual way. Simultaneously boil hard-boiled eggs (10 minutes after boiling).
  7. Finely chop the peeled eggs, then mix with onion and rice. Do not forget to salt the resulting mixture.
  8. Put the dough on a cutting board. It must first be divided into balls, and then roll them out.
  9. Spread the filling on each workpiece and seal the edges. Press them together enough to maintain the shape of the products.
  10. Now place the pies on a baking sheet so that they do not touch each other. Top with a beaten egg.
  11. Place the pan in a warm oven. Bake workpieces until golden brown at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Do not rush to immediately serve the dish on the table. First, cover it with a towel and let stand for 10 minutes.

How to fry in a pan?

According to this recipe, you can cook not only in the oven, but also in a pan.

For the test:

  • sifted flour - 4 cups (about 800 g);
  • kefir or yogurt - 500 ml;
  • raw egg - 1 unit;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • refined sugar (plain, white) - gram 20;
  • soda - 1 tsp.

For filling:

  • boiled eggs - 6 units.;
  • onion feathers - 1 bunch;
  • a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pepper is preferable to take freshly ground - so it will be more aromatic.

Fried pies are prepared as follows:

  1. Mix all the items from the list for the test. Add soda last.
  2. Chop the eggs and onions finely, mix them with each other, salt and pepper. The filling is ready.

  • sifted flour - 4 cups;
  • milk - one and a half glasses;
  • soft butter - 80 g (30 g of them for dough);
  • sugar - about 10 g;
  • raw eggs - 1 unit. (for the test);

  • salt - 10 g (half a teaspoon in the dough and in the filling);
  • yeast - 7 g dry or 20 g fresh;
  • green onion - 40 g.
