Step cooking

  1. Get puff pastry in advance from the freezer, free from foil, and separate the layers from each other. Thaw it at room temperature for several hours.
  2. Rinse the chicken fillet with water, dry it, cut into small pieces and fry in a small amount of oil.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  4. To fill the pie chopped prepared greens, grate the selected cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. In a bowl, knead the feta cheese with a fork, mix with the egg, chopped herbs, chicken and cheese.
  6. Cut the thawed dough into strips, each 7-10 cm wide. Roll it a little to increase it by 0.5-1 cm.
  7. Put the filling in the middle of the dough with a spoon, gently pinch it around the edges. The workpiece will resemble sausages.
  8. Lubricate the baking dish with oil or put parchment paper. In a circle, form a pie in the form of a spiral or snail, connecting sausages together. It is very important that the plucked edges are at the bottom.
  9. Beat the egg in a bowl and grease the billet with it. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
  10. Cooking time - 35-40 minutes, readiness to check on a golden crust and a clean, dry match or a toothpick.

For a change, chopped bell pepper and tomato can be added to the filling.

With chicken and potatoes

Pie with chicken breast and cheese is suitable for those cases when boiled potatoes are left in the refrigerator. It is better to take a mold for cooking detachable or any with convenient sides.

When using salted feta cheese, the filling can not be added. If the cheese does not contain salt, be sure to season it.

Ingredients:

  • premium flour - 170 g;
  • butter - 150 g;
  • medium-sized egg - 7 pcs.;
  • feta cheese - 110 g;
  • boiled potatoes - 300 g;
  • soft cheese (for example, goat cheese) - 300 g;
  • milk 2.5% or 3.2% fat - a third of a glass;
  • boiled chicken fillet - 150 g;
  • seasonings (zira, black pepper) and salt - to taste.

Cooking

  1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance to make it soft and supple. If there is no time for this, it can be chopped or cut into pieces for the next step.
  2. Grind with a knife or grated feta cheese, add flour, cumin and salt, 120 g of prepared butter. Beat 1 egg into the mixture and knead the dough, which then put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  3. Grate boiled potatoes on a coarse grater. Place it in a pan, add milk and remaining butter. Stir occasionally until mashed.
  4. Beat 4 eggs, chop chicken, grate cheese. Add them to the potato filling, salt and pepper.
  5. Lubricate the mold with vegetable or butter. Lay out the bottom of the mold with a dough, form bumps 2.5-3 cm high.
  6. At the bottom of the dough, lay out the cooked warm filling and pour over with the beaten remaining eggs.
  7. The baking time of unsweetened pie is 50-55 minutes. Cool and chop a little before serving.

Ready-made pastries can be sprinkled with finely chopped fresh herbs on top.

Simple lavash cooking

Lavash pie with chicken and cheese - a winning dish for 25-30 minutes of active cooking. For the filling, you can also take ham.

Ingredients:

  • thin pita bread - 5 sheets;
  • chicken breast (you can take any parts) - 450 g;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • processed cheese - 2 pcs.;
  • small chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • tomato sauce or ketchup - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.

Cooking

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the mold with oil.
  2. All sheets of pita bread cut in half. Two of them line the bottom of the mold so that free edges hang over it.
  3. The remaining sheets are cut again in half. In the resulting quarters, put the stuffing, roll it up and then put it in the form.
  4. For the filling, peel the onion, cut into half rings or cubes, fry until golden. Divided boiled chicken meat into fibers or cut into strips.
  5. Grate cream cheese, add it to the filling.
  6. Prepare a filling of two eggs and 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise and pour it over the pie.
  7. For the top layer of snacks, connect the hanging edges of the pita. Lubricate it with mixed ketchup and mayonnaise, taken in the same amount.
  8. Cooking time is 25-30 minutes.

Cool the finished cake, cut into portioned segments and serve.

Broccoli Baking Recipe

Ingredients:

  • premium wheat flour - 1 cup;
  • 10-15% cream - 200 ml (half for the dough, the other for pouring);
  • butter - 75 g;
  • baking powder - half a teaspoon without a hill;
  • broccoli - 220 g;
  • boiled chicken breast or fillet - 300 g;
  • onions - 1 small head;
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • small chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • hard cheese, pre-grated - 100 g;
  • salt and favorite seasonings to taste.

Step by Step Cooking

  1. Put the oven to heat up to 170 degrees, brush with a brush to grease the form with oil.
  2. Melt the butter, sift the dry ingredients to it and grind their crumbs.
  3. Knead the dough by adding 100 ml of cream and put it in the refrigerator for 50 minutes.
  4. The composition of the filling includes chopped onions and chicken.To do this, passivate the onion, then fry the slices or fibers of the breast with it for 5-8 minutes over low heat.

  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • premium flour - 2/3 of a glass;
  • baking powder - 4 g;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream of high fat content - 230 ml;
  • salt, seasonings - to taste.

Cooking

  1. Place sour cream, salt and eggs in a bowl, beat at low speed with a mixer. Sift flour into it, add baking powder, mix thoroughly.
  2. For the filling, you need chopped greens and tomato, chopped chicken, grated cheese. Stir until smooth.
  3. Lubricate the mold with oil. Visually divide the dough into two halves, pour the first, then lay out the filling. Add the remaining dough on top and smooth.
  4. Bake the cake in the oven for 25 minutes (temperature 170 degrees).
