  5. Very carefully mix both mixtures from top to bottom with a spoon, trying to maintain air bubbles. At the same time, add and mix half a teaspoon of zest, 1 tablespoon of baking powder and flour. The result should be a liquid, airy dough of uniform consistency, without lumps.
  6. Grease the edges and bottom of the mold with oil, pour 1/2 of the dough. Spread bananas evenly over the entire surface and pour the rest of the mixture on top.
