  • one and a half teaspoons of baking powder;
  • a large spoonful of starch;
  • 0.45 kg of flour;
  • 0.1 liters of vegetable oil.

Cooking process:

  1. Place eggs, salt, sugar in a bowl and bring to froth with a mixer.
  2. Add vegetable oil, then kefir and mix well.
  3. Pour the flour, put the baking powder, whisk lightly with a whisk until a lush mass is formed.

  • 160 grams of sugar.

Cooking process:

  1. We mix kefir and jam, beat with a mixer, add soda to them.

  3. Gently begin to introduce the flour, bringing the dough to the desired density.

So, albeit with a stretch, it can be considered almost dietary.

  • 50 grams of butter;
  • 100 grams of jam;
  • 0.1 kg semolina;
  • a third of a small spoon of soda;
  • 150 grams of flour;
  • half a glass of kefir;

  • 0.25 liters of kefir;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a glass of flour and as much oatmeal;
  • 100 grams of sugar;
  • half a small spoonful of soda;
  • 70 milliliters of vegetable oil.

Cooking process:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together, except for soda.
  2. In another container, combine kefir and soda, pour in vegetable oil, and then combine this mixture with dry. Let the composition stand for several minutes so that the oatmeal is slightly swollen.
  3. A part of the resulting mass should be sent to the mold, cover with the selected jam from above and pour over the remaining dough again.
  4. Put in a well-warmed oven in advance for about 30 minutes. Do not be alarmed if cracks have started on the surface of the pie - this is normal and will not affect the taste.
