The composition contains only plant components, but despite this, the baking is incredibly tasty and aromatic.

To make a delicious pie you will need:

  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp .;
  • semolina - 1 tbsp .;
  • granulated sugar - ½ tbsp .;
  • sweet apples - 1 kg;
  • vegetable oil - ½ tbsp .;
  • vanillin - 1 pinch;
  • baking powder for dough - 2 tsp.

The cooking process takes place in the following sequence:

  1. Bulk components are mixed in a separate bowl.
  2. Prepare the fruit, peel and cut the fruit into thin slices or straws.
  3. Parchment paper is placed in a baking dish, greased with oil.
  4. They fill up exactly half of the sand base and carefully level it.
  5. Apple slices are laid out on the surface, and the remains of the dry base are distributed on it, the surface is sprayed with vegetable oil.
  6. Set the mold with a manna in the oven, heated to a temperature of 190 degrees, after 40 minutes, the baking will be ready.

Making the cake is carried out according to the recipe:

  1. In a pre-prepared bowl, mix: semolina, wheat flour, baking powder and sugar.
  2. Fruit fruits are washed and ground to a puree state, after which lemon juice is added to the mass.
  3. A baking sheet is covered with paper intended for baking, and a glass of dry ingredients is already poured onto it. Then lay the apple filling and again the dry dough. There should be 3 such layers.
  4. The cake is poured with a glass of hot milk, and then placed in the oven, heated to 180 degrees.

The preparation time for bulk cake from semolina is about 50 minutes. Such apple muffin is incredibly delicate and fragrant.

Another simple recipe for making a cake with semolina, flour and apples. This method is quick to make, so pastries can be served for breakfast.

  • sugar - 2/3 st .;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • oil - 100 g;
  • semolina - 1 tbsp .;
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp;
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp;
  • apples - 1 kg.

The process of making a delicious and fragrant cake is performed in the following sequence:

  1. Sift the wheat flour with baking powder.
  2. Semolina, cinnamon and sugar are added, after which all bulk ingredients are mixed.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet, grease it with oil and spread 1/3 of the dry dough.
  4. Wash and grate fruits, season applesauce with lemon juice.
  5. Spread fruit mass on a dry mixture.
  6. They lay out another part of the dough, and grated apples again on it.
