The composition of the components:

  • a pound of beef meat (preferably on the bone);
  • one head of onions and root vegetables of carrots;
  • three potatoes;
  • two large pickles;
  • 35 g of pearl barley;
  • seasonings.

Technology:

  1. Pour beef bone with three liters of water and cook the meat for at least two hours. Then we take out a bone, cut the meat, it is better to strain the broth.

  • greens, seasonings.

Technology:

  1. Grains are preliminarily kept in warm water for a couple of hours.
  2. Boil the chicken. In broth we throw potato wedges and cereals.
