How to make on mineral water

In order to better sculpt the basis for future dumplings, which will not be boiled during the heat treatment of products, it is necessary, first of all, to prepare the products:

  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • one egg;
  • 0.5 tsp Sahara;
  • 0.5 tsp salts;
  • a glass of mineral water;
  • 700 g premium flour.

Cooking sequence:

  1. The egg is ground with sugar, salt and vegetable oil.
  2. Mineral water is introduced, the products are carefully combined.
  3. Further in parts, for 2-3 tbsp. l., flour is added. The process continues all the way until it becomes difficult to work with a spoon.
  4. Now the mass is laid out on a clean table sprinkled with flour, kneading is carried out manually for a few more minutes. The resulting product should not stick to your hands.
  5. The gingerbread man needs to be postponed for a quarter of an hour, covered with a film, after which it is possible to roll and form dumplings.

Mineral water and sunflower oil in the dough reduce the amount of flour, increase stickiness and do not allow dumplings to boil quickly. The products remain intact and very appetizing during cooking.

Dumplings dough on water and egg

Perfectly balanced proportions will provide an ideal basis for a delicious dish.

Required Components:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 4 tbsp. flour;
  • ¾ Art. warm water (not boiling water);
  • ¼ Art. refined vegetable oil (odorless);
  • 1 tsp salt.

 

The volumes of the constituents can be increased or decreased, but the ratio of all parts must be maintained.

The correct balance of the heated liquid and oil changes the structure of the product and allows you to make high-quality and cool dough for dumplings with eggs, fully using flour.

  6. The method of kneading it takes at least 10 minutes. To facilitate the work, you can divide it into parts and knead each separately.
  7. After obtaining the perfect texture, a mass weighing a little more than a kilogram is obtained.
  8. The dough is set aside under the film for 30 minutes, after which it can be used to work with minced meat.

Subject to the manufacturing procedure, the finished dough can be rolled and cut without flour, without sticking to hands and surfaces.

Boiled with vegetable oil

Careful preparation of the dough in the presented way will allow you to get an excellent basis for your favorite food. Working with such a product will bring true pleasure even to novice cooks.

The list of components:

  • 3 tbsp. premium flour;
  • 1 tbsp. boiling water;
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • 0.5 tsp salt.

Order of preparation:

  1. In a small cup, beat the egg with a whisk or fork with salt, after which vegetable oil is added. Everything combines well into a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Flour is sifted into a wide dish, a funnel is made, the egg mash is mixed and a glass of boiling water is added.
  3. The dough is kneaded until all the flour is used, and the dishes become almost clean.
  4. The prepared kolobok is laid out on a clean table without flour, rolled out by sausage, cut into small pieces.

Delicate option on sour cream

  • One third of tsp. soda and salt.
