A simple and quick beer cookie recipe

If you don’t have yeast at hand, and you urgently need to prepare baked goods, then you can use a hop-drink. In addition, the dough on beer is very tasty and delicate and it is suitable not only for cookies. You can even make cake cakes out of it.

What is needed:

  • flour - 1 cup;
  • beer - 50 ml;
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt - ½h. spoons;
  • drain. oil - 100 g.

First of all, we need to melt the butter. This can be done in a water bath or in the microwave. Pour beer into it in a bowl first, then sift the flour. We begin to knead the dough, and make sure that it does not stick to the hands. If necessary, you can add more flour, but not overdoing it. We remove the dough for an hour in the refrigerator.

After the specified time, we take out the ball and roll it on the surface, sprinkled with sugar and salt, into the formation. Cut the rectangles of the same size with a knife and put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. With a cookie cutter, you can cut out figures for future cookies. Preheat the oven to 180 and bake dessert for 10 minutes until a slight blush appears.

No Margarine Added

Not enough margarine to cook? Do not despair and make cookies without it, adding oil or spread.

What is needed:

  • flour - 0.9 kg;
  • rast. oil - ½ cup;
  • light live beer - 1 glass;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • sugar - ½ cup;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp;
  • ground nuts - 100 g;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.

In a bowl, mix the egg, beer and sugar. All this needs to be mixed well and slightly beat. Separately, flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder are mixed. Flour must be sifted. Carefully combine both parts of the mixture, and at the end add the oil mixed with half a glass of water. When the dough becomes more or less plastic, and does not stick to your hands, you need to give it a "rest", covering it with a deep plate from above and putting it in a warm place.

Then we roll out the dough into a rectangular layer with a thickness of no more than half a centimeter and sprinkle with grated nuts. We cut out figures for future cookies with a cookie cutter. We transfer the workpieces to a greased baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Sweet shortbread cookies

If you don’t have time to cook a cake, and there are gatherings with guests on the nose or a holiday, then try making shortbread cookies. The process of its preparation is absolutely nothing complicated.

What is needed:

  • flour - 0.5 kg;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • live beer - 1 glass;
  • sour cream - 200 g;
  • milk - 80 ml;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.

Sour cream and sugar are mixed in a separate bowl, flour is sifted together with a baking powder in another. We connect both parts, after which we pour a little beer. Knead the dough, put it on the table. If necessary, add flour. Leave the blank for a while to “rest” in a warm place.

We mix milk, 150 ml of water and powdered sugar, then put a bowl of liquid on a small fire. It will be icing for shortbread cookies. Constantly stir the mixture, but make sure that it does not start to boil. 5-7 minutes will be enough. After that, you need to heat the oven to a temperature of 190.

The dough is rolled into a layer of centimeter thickness. Molds are used to cut out figures from the workpiece, after which they are placed in a baking sheet covered with parchment and baked for about half an hour. The finished dessert is dipped in glaze or smeared with a special culinary brush. It will take 10-15 minutes to solidify. The delicacy is ready!

Puff pastry on beer

What is needed:

  • flour - 2 glasses;
  • margarine - 180 g;
  • live beer - ½ cup;
  • sugar - 100 g.

First of all, it is necessary to sift the flour. Margarine is cut into pieces and frayed together with flour, then beer is added. Please note: it should be light, dark and unfiltered are not suitable for preparing puff pastry. Knead the soft dough manually and send it to the refrigerator for an hour later.

Turn on the preheat oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough on a table sprinkled with flour. We make sure that the thickness is not more than half a centimeter. Sprinkle sugar over the workpiece and roll it out again with a rolling pin so that the crystals mix with the dough. Using the cookie cutter, cut out the cookies, transfer them to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

Salty cookies on beer and margarine

What is needed:

  • flour - 400 g;
  • non-alcoholic beer - 130 ml;
  • margarine - 1 pack;
  • salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • spice.

The flour is sifted, mixed with salt and divided into two equal parts. One of them is poured into a bowl. Top margarine is rubbed on the grater and sprinkled with the remaining flour. Mix and grind until smooth. Start pouring beer into the mixture and knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

After that, take out the dough and roll it on a table, sprinkled with flour, into a layer, the thickness of which will not be more than half a centimeter. If you want, you can sprinkle the blank on top with your favorite spices and roll out the dough again so that it is saturated with them. Cut the layer into triangles or rectangles, based on which shape is more preferable for you and bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes until a brown crust appears. Cookies on beer and margarine are ready!

How to cook tongues?

What is needed:

  • flour - 2.5 cups;
  • beer - 1 glass;
  • drain. oil - 1 pack;
  • sugar - ½ cup.

Frozen oil is rubbed into the flour in a sifted flour in advance.Mix the mixture by hand until a homogeneous crumb is obtained. With a thin stream, start pouring beer into the flour-oil mass. Stir until you get a plastic dough that does not stick to your hands.

Roll the ball into a layer half a centimeter thick on the table and sprinkle sugar on top. You need to “push” it into the dough, going through the rolling pin on the bed again. Cut rhombic figures and transfer them to a greased baking sheet. Each piece must be completely coated with sugar. Reeds are baked for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Mineral Water Recipe

Another original way to make cookie dough. Be sure to try if you like pastries! Moreover, the process itself will not take you much time.

What is needed:

  • mineral water - ½ cup;
  • rast. oil - 150 ml;
  • flour - 2 glasses;
  • sah. powder;
  • raisins.

Pour boiling water over the raisins or soak it in hot water for 5 minutes. In a bowl, mineral water is mixed with oil, sifted flour is added. We begin to knead the elastic dough. Divide it into visually 4 equal parts. Each of them is successively rolled into a round layer half a centimeter thick.

We divide the layer into 8 small triangles and put a little raisins on the widest part. We twist the workpiece into a tube and lay on a greased baking sheet. We do all the same manipulations with the rest of the test. Cookies take 25 minutes. When served from above, it is lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar.
