“Instant” mayonnaise cookies

For this, cookies do not need to be softened with butter or margarine, and the entire cooking process takes seven minutes (2 for kneading dough and 5 for baking cookies).

To prepare this instant baking, you need to prepare:

  • 250 g mayonnaise;
  • 180 g of sugar;
  • 1 egg
  • 3-4 g soda;
  • 160 g of flour;
  • vanilla or lemon peel to taste.

Kneading the dough and baking process:

  1. Sugar and egg into a homogeneous mass with a regular whisk.
  2. Add mayonnaise and one of the selected flavors (vanillin or zest) to the sweet egg mass, mix.
  3. Now it remains to add only sifted flour and soda. Ready dough should look like thick homemade sour cream.
  4. Take a small portion of the dough with a teaspoon soaked in ice water and put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Since the dough in the oven is slightly fuzzy, there should be a sufficient distance between the products.
  5. In a preheated oven, baking should take 5-7 minutes at 210-240 degrees. Remove finished cookies from parchment only after cooling, since it is too fragile when hot.
