Shrimp pasta in a creamy sauce is a delicious and satisfying seafood dish that can be prepared for dinner for the whole family. Perfect for a romantic dinner, because, as you know, seafood is a strong aphrodisiac.

We offer some of the most delicious variations of creamy pasta with shrimp.

Classic shrimp paste in creamy sauce

  • peeled shrimp - 500-600 gr;
  • any paste - 1 package;
  • cream from 25% - 300-400 ml;
  • Parmesan - 120 gr;
  • dried oregano - 1 tsp;
  • ground black pepper - 1.5 tsp;
  • turmeric - a pair of pinch;
  • olive. oil - 2-3 table. l .;
  • salt to taste.

Shrimp thoroughly and pour boiling water over five minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil, add oregano and turmeric, mix, warm for a couple of minutes. We spread the shrimp in the spiced oil and fry for 3-4 minutes, then add pepper, salt and cream, mix again and cook for a few more minutes so that the sauce thickens a little.

Boil pasta, according to the instructions on the package.

Serve to the table as follows: put a little pasta on the dish, and pour sauce and shrimps on top.

Pasta in creamy garlic sauce

Shrimp paste in a creamy garlic sauce is very aromatic, hearty, spicy in taste.

Creamy garlic sauce differs in only one product - of course, these are garlic cloves. For packing pasta and 500 grams of shrimp, 1 large clove will be enough, if you really like garlic, you can use more.

The sauce is prepared as follows:

  1. Garlic and spices are fried in oil for a couple of minutes.
  2. Prepared shrimps are laid out in spiced oil and fried for 2-3 minutes, under the lid.
  3. Cream and cheese are added to the shrimp, everything is mixed and cooked for several minutes - the sauce should begin to thicken.

Garlic sauce will be more spicy, aromatic. Pre-cooked pasta can be served in two ways: put in a pan to the sauce and shrimp, mix and warm for a couple of minutes, or put on a dish separately - first pasta, and on top the sauce with seafood.

On a note. If you like thick creamy sauce, but you use liquid cream, you can dilute 1-2 tablespoons of flour in cream before the thermal cooking step, without a slide.

King prawns

King shrimp pasta differs from the previous versions only in that it uses the type of large shrimp. They make the dish more festive, hearty. Fried shrimp can also be used to decorate dishes before serving.

With mushrooms

  • paste - 350 gr;
  • peeled shrimps - 150-200 gr;
  • mushrooms (champignons, mushrooms or chanterelles) - 150 gr;
  • cream from 30% - 250 g;
  • grated hard cheese - 100 g;
  • frying oil;
  • salt pepper.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. My mushrooms and cut into plates / cube, as you like.

Heat the oil with garlic, spread the shrimp carcasses in a minute, cook for a couple of minutes, then add the mushrooms. While all these products are fried, we put boiling water for pasta. Boil the paste until half cooked.

Pour cream into a frying pan, pour finely grated cheese, mix and cook for a few more minutes to thicken the sauce.

Serve the dish, decorating with herbs.

With shrimp and mussels

  • 150 grams of shrimp and mussels;
  • a pinch of salt, oregano and sweet paprika;
  • 200 gr of Italian pasta;
  • 250 gr cream;
  • a pair of cloves of garlic;
  • a couple of tablespoons of butter

We prepare the pasta - as a rule, it is enough for it to cook in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.

Next, let's get sauce and seafood. First we defrost and wash seafood, if necessary, clean. Mix with spices and salt. Fry the shrimp first, and after a couple of minutes add the mussels, and cook everything together for another 2-4 minutes.

The sauce is prepared as follows: crush the garlic with a knife in the flat position, then fry in oil for several minutes, pour in the cream, season and salt a little, cook for another 3-4 minutes, then remove the garlic cloves - they give their taste and aroma to the sauce and no longer needed. The sauce must be cooked on the very minimum heat, it should not boil.

The sauce should thicken a little, after which we put seafood and ready-made pasta in it. We warm it all together for 2-4 minutes. Serve to the table, if desired, adding fresh herbs and grated cheese.

In tomato and cream sauce

  • king prawns - 400 gr;
  • fresh tomatoes - 300 gr;
  • green chillies - 1;
  • hard cheese - 50 gr;
  • spaghetti - 1 standard package;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • greens - a bunch;
  • a pinch of ground chili;
  • medium-fat cream - ½ cup;
  • salt.

Boil spaghetti in salted water. While they are preparing, cut into a cube tomatoes, chop greens and garlic, peel the chili seeds. Stew the prepared foods for several minutes in wine with a pinch of chili, stirring occasionally with a spatula. Salt, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour cream. Wait until the sauce boils, slightly thickens, then leave under the lid on the stove turned off for a quarter of an hour.

While the sauce is infused, prepare the shrimp: rinse, mix with salt and pepper and fry on all sides for 5-7 minutes until a light crust appears.

Put the shrimps in the sauce, send the spaghetti there and mix well. Warm the whole dish over low heat, then serve.

Tiger Shrimp Pasta

Pasta with tiger prawns is prepared as follows:

  • packaging of fettuccine pasta;
  • 500 gr peeled tiger shrimp;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • lemon;
  • by tea l dried herbs marjoram and thyme;
  • a quarter cup of white table wine;
  • 400 ml of fresh cream with a fat content of 20-22%;
  • a glass of grated parmesan;
  • half teas. l ground hot pepper and as much black;
  • a few twigs of fresh parsley.

Pasta should be prepared as indicated on the package. Be sure to leave a glass of water with boiled pasta - if the sauce for the dish turns out to be too thick, it can be diluted.

Next, we will deal with shrimps - they need to be thawed in advance, thoroughly washed, filled with freshly squeezed lemon juice and lightly salt, mix thoroughly by hand.

Shrimp leave for some time to marinate. In the meantime, we begin to prepare the sauce: we compress the garlic cloves, fry for a couple of minutes in oil, then fill with wine, simmer for just a minute, then dilute with cream and season with spices and dried herbs. Do not forget about salt. The fire during cooking must be minimal. For the sauce to be ready, after adding all the ingredients, five minutes is enough. During this time, the sauce will slightly thicken.

Shrimp can be put in the sauce and cook for about 10-12 minutes. As soon as they are ready, they will acquire a pink hue.

The dish is served as follows: spread the pasta in portioned plates, on top - shrimp with sauce. Everything is sprinkled with cheese and chopped parsley.
