For the recipe we’ll take oatmeal, such as “Hercules”, and plain cooled boiled water. To get milk, you need to take the ingredients in a ratio of 1:10, that is, per 100 grams of cereal you will need a liter of water. From improvised means you will need a blender and a sieve (you can take gauze).

Cooking method:

  1. Pour cereal into the dishes, but not those that do not need cooking. Due to steaming, such flakes remain practically without vitamins, which means that the value of milk is reduced to zero.

  4. After the specified time, we filter the milk, while the oats must be squeezed out properly.

If you like sweet drinks, then you can sweeten the resulting composition, but it will bring more benefits without any additives.

Oat milk smoothie

Smoothies - a thick drink made from crushed fruits, berries and vegetables, with the addition of juice, ice cream or milk. Oatmeal is also quite suitable for making such a cocktail. You can take any berries or fruits, because each component has its own unique properties.

Ingredients:

  • a glass of cereal milk;
  • one banana and one kiwi;
  • if desired, a spoonful of honey.

Cooking method:

  1. In a bowl of a blender or mixer we put pieces of fruit. You can put honey, but do not forget that the fruits themselves are sweet.
  2. Beat the ingredients until smooth, then pour in the milk and mix with a regular whisk.

Nutty drink
