How to cook vegetable broth:

  1. Wash, peel and cut vegetables.
  2. Place a pot of water on a large fire until it boils.
  3. Potatoes should be cut into strips, cauliflower sorted into inflorescences and chopped, grated zucchini and kohlrabi with a coarse grater.

  1. Peel potatoes, do not chop coarsely.
  2. Disassemble broccoli into inflorescences, cut into cubes.
  3. Chop the onion in the form of circles and, together with the cubes of carrots, place in a preheated pan with butter. Leave on low heat for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Place potatoes in a pot of water, salt and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. 5-7 minutes before readiness, green peas should be added to the future broth.
  6. When the potatoes are cooked, add broccoli and sauteed vegetables.

Green vegetable broth

To prepare the vegetable soup broth as fortified as possible, young herbs are often used:

  • nettles;
  • sorrel;
  • beet tops;
  • spinach;
  • arugula;

To prepare green soup, use the following components:

  • 1 leek;
  • greens with 1 celery;
  • 500 ml of purified water;
