Ingredients:

  • cauliflower - 250 g;
  • vegetables in the freeze "Mexican mixture" - 150 g;
  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream, fat content 20% - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, pepper, Provencal herbs seasoning;
  • vegetable oil.

Step by step recipe:

  1. I turn on the oven in advance. For baking, you need a temperature of 180 degrees.
  2. I clean, cut into cubes and lightly fry the onion.
  3. Without defrosting, add the Mexican mixture, stew for 10 minutes. During this time, moisture will disappear.
  4. Blanch cabbage head in salted boiling water. I let it cool a bit and take it apart for inflorescences.
  5. I put cabbage to vegetables, salt, I continue to fry.
  6. Scald the tomato with boiling water, remove the skin, cut into slices.
  7. Combine eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper and seasoning in a bowl. I whip.

  9. I put in the oven for 25 minutes.

To prevent the dish from settling, after turning it off for 5 minutes I keep it in the oven and serve it on heated plates.

I will introduce you to the Turkish “breakfast king”. This is a dish with tomatoes, peppers and onions. In Turkey, it is traditionally served at the beginning of the day, with homemade hot bread, fresh thyme and olives. The combination of tastes is considered optimal. The basic version of the Turkish omelet is supplemented with seasonings, bacon, minced meat and even potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • tomato - 1-2 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • green bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • greenery;
  • olive oil;
  • sea ​​salt;
  • ground black pepper.

Cooking:
