For fritters you will need:

  • pork liver - 500 g;
  • semolina (small) - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • warm kefir for semolina - 1/3 cup;
  • table salt - to taste;
  • onions and carrots - 70 g each;
  • frying oil;
  • "Meat" seasonings - to taste.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Pour fine semolina into a dry bowl. Add microwaved kefir. Mix and leave to swell.
  2. During this time (20-30 minutes) grind the processed pork liver, onions and fresh carrots in a meat grinder.
  3. Combine semolina in kefir with minced meat. Mix well, falling asleep "meat" seasonings and a little table salt.
  4. Cover the sticky meat with “in contact” film and leave it on the kitchen table at room temperature.
  5. An hour later, heat the pan on the middle burner. Add oil. Spoon round liver pancakes with a spoon.

  • beef liver - 450 - 500 g;
  • boiled rice - 1 cup;

  • large onions - 110 g;
  • soda - 1/4 tsp;
  • refined frying oil;
  • greens - 1/2 bunch;
  • fresh egg - 1 pc.;
  • potato starch - 1 tbsp. l

Recipe step by step:

  1. Pour rice into cold salted water. Cook until cooked for about 10 to 11 minutes. Calculate the volume of dry cereals, so that in the end you get a glass of boiled grains.
  2. At the same time, clean beef liver. Chop together with onions without husks in small pieces.

To make pancakes, you need:

  • liver (chicken) - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots and onions - 100 g each;
  • rock salt - to taste;
  • oil (refined) for frying;
  • wheat flour - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • hot ketchup - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • fresh large egg - 1 pc.;
  • seasonings "For vegetables" - to taste.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Process and chop the carrots and onions. Then fry the vegetables for several minutes in hot vegetable oil.
  2. At this time, cleanse the chicken liver. Chop it together with the finished frying in a meat grinder. You can also use a stationary blender for this.
  3. Beat a large egg with sifted flour separately. Having received a homogeneous viscous mixture, pour it into the resulting stuffing. To introduce “vegetable” seasonings with rock salt and hot ketchup there.

Dietary option with oatmeal

The latter option is suitable for those who are on a diet, because in the composition there are no eggs and flour. But the ground beef liver is “tied up” with ground oatmeal.

Required Products:

  • liver (beef) - 500 g;
  • oatmeal - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • warm natural yogurt - 1/2 cup;
  • dried basil - to taste;
  • table salt to taste.

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. Grind a few tablespoons of oatmeal in a blender. Pour the crumb with warm yogurt without additives and dyes. Set aside for swelling at a temperature of 20 - 22 degrees.
  2. While this happens, clean the beef liver. Gently wash and chop. Grind the slices in a meat grinder or in the same blender.
