There are many good recipes that will make it possible to cook a delicious and nutritious lunch in a hurry. All of them are simple, not time-consuming and financially expensive. Quick and easy chicken soup

Ingredients:

  • chicken wings - 6 pcs.;
  • purified water - 2 l;
  • potatoes - 6 tubers;
  • small vermicelli - 2 handfuls;
  • homemade eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots - ½ pcs.;
  • salt, seasonings, herbs - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Fill the wings with cold water and send to cook for 50 minutes. At the beginning of the process, it is imperative to remove the foam from the surface of the liquid. If necessary, add boiling water.
  2. Pull the wings out of the finished broth. Send grated carrots and randomly chopped potatoes into small pots.
  3. Pour salt and seasonings.
  4. After 15 - 17 minutes add vermicelli. Remove the meat from the wings and return to the soup.
  5. Cook the dish for another 10 to 12 minutes.

Boil chicken eggs until cooked. Cut them into slices and arrange in serving plates with soup. Sprinkle the top with chopped greens.

Pork chops in the pan

Ingredients:

  • meat fillet - half a kilo;
  • wheat flour - 70 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt and pepper - a pinch;
  • spices for meat - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse and dry the pork (it is convenient to use paper towels for this).
  2. Chop meat in identical large pieces. Lightly beat off. It is important not to overdo it, otherwise the treat will turn out to be a little dry.
  3. Pour the flour onto a flat plate. Add spices and salt to it.
  4. Beat the contents of the raw egg with a whisk / fork.
  5. Heat a large amount of oil well in a cast-iron skillet.
  6. Immerse the meat blanks in an egg and then roll in salted flour.
  7. Put the pork slices in the heated oil. Fry on each side until golden brown.

Transfer the finished dish to paper napkins so that there is not much oil left on the chops. Serve with your favorite side dish.

Potato casserole in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 6 - 7 tubers;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • stuffing - a pound;
  • eggs - 3 - 4 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp .;
  • flour - 3 dessert spoons;
  • spices, salt, dry herbs - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Chop onion very finely and mix with minced meat. Any meat will do. You can take mixed. For example, chicken with pork. Salt, add spices.
  2. Peel the potato, cut into thin circles. Pour in cold water and leave until the remaining ingredients are prepared.
  3. Beat raw eggs with flour to fill. To salt. Add spices and dry herbs.
  4. Put half soaked, additionally washed and dried potatoes in the bowl of the kitchen "assistant".
  5. Cover the vegetable layer with minced meat on top.
  6. Put out the remaining potatoes. Pour sauce over everything.

Minced chicken cutlets

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - a pound;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • dill - 4 - 5 branches;
  • salt, vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. Peel the onions, chop coarsely and send into the blender bowl along with pieces of pre-washed and dried chicken.
  2. Kill the products to a state of homogeneous forcemeat. For the same purpose, you can use a meat grinder.
  3. To the resulting mass send finely chopped dill, salt, the contents of a raw egg. Mix everything well.
  4. Divide the mass into 8 parts. From each blind a small cutlet.
  5. Fry blanks on preheated vegetable fat until fully cooked.

Serve hot with pickled purple onions and any side dish.

How to make lazy whites

Ingredients:

  • any minced meat (preferably with the addition of beef) - 300 g;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • kefir - 2 tbsp .;
  • soda (quicklime) - ½ tsp;
  • sugar and salt - ½ tsp each. (into the dough);
  • salt - to taste (to the filling)
  • flour - 300 - 350 g.

Cooking:

  1. Pour soda into kefir. Add all other dry ingredients from the recipe except flour.
  2. Mix everything well and leave in a bowl for 6 - 7 minutes.
  3. After this, add the sifted flour a couple of times.
  4. Knead the dough (by consistency - like pancakes).
  5. Finely chop the raw onion. Mix it with minced meat. Add salt to taste. You can use your favorite seasonings.
  6. Send the filling to the finished dough. Mix all the ingredients well.
  7. Heat any fat in a cast-iron skillet.
  8. Spread thick dough on it with a spoon and bake on the principle of pancakes on both sides.
  9. Cook the whites until golden and golden.

Spread the resulting dish on a paper towel so that the latter absorbs excess fat. It is tasty to try such a treat both hot and cold.

Cream Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

  • raw potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 2 heads;
  • processed cheese (in rectangular cubes) - 100 - 130 g;
  • purified water - 2 - 2.5 l;
  • oil - for frying;
  • salt and spices to taste;
  • cooked smoked sausage - 300 - 350 g.

Cooking:

  1. Peel the potatoes thoroughly, wash them, cut them into tiny pieces. Pour the vegetable with water and cook for about 12-15 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the remaining vegetables at this time. Fry them in any fat until soft and golden.
  3. With sausage - be sure to remove the shell. Otherwise, it will become rougher during cooking and will negatively affect the taste of the finished dish. Cut the meat product into cubes about the same size.
  4. Cut the cheese into small pieces. Together with the sausage send it to the potato. Boil the soup until the cream cheese is completely dissolved.
  5. Add roasting, salt and selected spices.
  6. Cook for another 7-8 minutes.

Ready soup will be an excellent basis for a delicious whip up dinner. You can supplement it with homemade cakes, wheat croutons / crackers or fresh bread.

Chicken and mushroom julienne

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 300 - 350 g;
  • peeled champignons - 300 - 350 g;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • "Mozzarella" / "Suluguni" - 200 g;
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • butter - 2 dessert spoons;
  • fat cream - half a glass;
  • salt, ground paprika - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse chicken under running water. Send it to cook until fully cooked. Cool right in the resulting broth so that the meat turns out to be especially juicy and soft.
  2. Cool the finished bird and cut into small cubes.
  3. Rinse and peeled mushrooms on paper towels. Chop prepared mushrooms in arbitrary pieces.
  4. Peel the onion. Cut into thin half rings.
  5. Grind the selected cheese (Mozzarella / Suluguni) using a grater with large holes.
  6. Heat vegetable fat in a thick-walled pan. Pour onion and salt on it. Fry the vegetable until soft and golden in color, stirring frequently.
  7. After this, pour mushrooms and pieces of chicken into the pan. Sprinkle with pepper. Add if necessary.
  8. To darken the basis of the future dish 6 - 7 minutes.
  9. Put the stewpan on medium heat. Pour sifted flour into it. Fry it with constant stirring until golden brown.
  10. Add butter to darkened flour. Continue frying until fat is completely absorbed into the dry product.
  11. Pour in the cream. They must be slightly warmed up.
  12. Leave the mixture on fire for 1 minute, stirring the ingredients constantly. Beat components with a whisk.
  13. Turn on the oven in advance to warm up to 180 degrees.
  14. Arrange the chicken and mushroom mixture in special baking tins.
  15. Pour the cream sauce over the products. Cover everything with chopped cheese and to taste - paprika.

Bake the dish in a hot oven at the temperature indicated above until the cheese is melted and covered with a light golden crust. Serve julienne in portions.

Garnish for such a treat is optional.

Whipped fried pasta

Ingredients:

  • any pasta - 150 - 200 g;
  • water - 350 - 400 ml;
  • salt - 3 pinches;
  • high-quality vegetable oil - 30 ml;
  • fresh greens - ½ bunch.

Cooking:

  1. Warm up the cauldron well. Only after this pour vegetable oil into it.
  2. Pour dry pasta into hot fat. The spirals are perfect for such a dish.
  3. Fry pasta with medium plate heat until lightly browned. It is important not to overexpose the product on fire, otherwise the finished dish will appear bitterness. 4-6 minutes are enough with frequent stirring.
  4. When the pasta becomes rosy and absorb about half the fat from the pan, you can fill them with the amount of water indicated in the recipe. Be sure to use boiling water!
  5. As soon as the water in the pan boils, reduce the heating of the stove to minimum and cover the container with a lid.
  6. “Cook” pasta in such conditions for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Over the specified period, the water should be completely absorbed into the spirals.
  8. If this does not happen, you can throw the pasta into a colander, and then return it to the pan.
  9. Grind fresh herbs and fill it with an already prepared dish.

Serve hot pasta portionwise. They can become both a hearty side dish and the main (very budget!) Dish. It is tasty to fry such pasta immediately with ham, sausage, sausages or boiled meat.

Canned fish cutlets

Ingredients:

  • any canned fish in oil (pink salmon, saury, sardine and others are suitable) - 250 - 270 g;
  • onions - 2 heads;
  • raw eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • boiled rice - 1.5 tbsp .;
  • dill - 5 g;
  • a mixture of peppers, lavrushka, salt - to taste.

For this recipe, you can use any kind of rice.The main thing is that it be sticky enough. Otherwise, the patties will fall apart during the frying process. Suitable for the recipe, even pre-cooked and frozen cereals.

Cooking:

  1. Chop the onion very finely and fry in any fat until golden brown.
  2. Cool the vegetable and mix with rice.
  3. Pour finely chopped washed and dried fresh dill to other ingredients.
  4. Pour into the mass the content of raw eggs.
  5. Drain the oil from canned food. Remove even the smallest bones from the fish and knead it with a fork. Add to all other ingredients.
  6. From the resulting thick stuffing, form cutlets of the usual shape and size.
  7. First, fry them on high heat on each side so that the workpieces “seize”.
  8. Then add 1/3 tbsp. water, put a bay leaf and cook another 6 - 7 minutes until fully cooked.

From the specified number of products, 10 to 12 large cutlets are obtained. If you supplement them with your favorite side dish, the hostess will have a hearty simple lunch for the whole large family.

Souffle for children

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 50 - 80 g;
  • carrots - 50 g;
  • milk - 30 ml;
  • quail egg - 1 pc.;
  • semolina - 1 dessert spoon;
  • butter - 1 tsp;
  • fine salt to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the fillet and cut into small pieces. Send it immediately to the blender.
  2. Cook carrots, cool, finely chop. Pour to chicken. There to send a raw egg, milk, softened butter.
  3. Kill the products to a state of homogeneous forcemeat. Salt to your liking.
  4. Transfer the resulting mass into a suitable silicone mold.

Cook souffle in a double boiler with water filled in it. The resulting dish can be given to the baby as complementary foods, when a bird has already been introduced into his diet.

Mushroom soup in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • dried forest mushrooms - 150 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • barley - 3 dessert spoons;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • any fat is for roasting.

Cooking:

  1. Pour boiled water over assorted dried mushrooms. Cover with a lid or other plate. Leave on for 60 - 90 minutes.
  2. Cut soaked mushrooms arbitrarily. You can make the pieces very small or larger. In the latter case, they will be more clearly felt in the soup. Water in which the mushrooms are soaked not to pour!
  3. Peel all declared vegetables. Cut into small cubes. Carrots can be chopped with a grater.
  4. Send both vegetables and mushrooms to the multicooker bowl. Add any fat to fry. Cook the ingredients for the soup for 20 to 25 minutes in baking mode. Stir occasionally.
  5. Peel the potatoes. Cut into miniature cubes.
  6. Thoroughly rinse the barley with running cold water. This cereal, if desired, can be replaced with oatmeal.
  7. Strain the water in which the mushrooms were soaked. Pour it into the frying pan in the kitchen assistant. Add about 2 liters of boiling water.
  8. Put the groats in the bowl. Salt, pepper.
  9. Cook the dish for 120 - 130 minutes in the stew mode.

It is during stewing that the treat turns out to be especially rich in taste and rich.

Reminds grandma's soup from the stove. But you can cook it in 60 minutes if you wish. To do this, select the “Soup” mode.

Chicken Chops with Cheese

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 400 - 450 g;
  • flour - 4 - 5 dessert spoons;
  • sour cream / classic mayonnaise - 3 dessert spoons;
  • spices for chicken and salt - to taste;
  • hard / semi-hard cheese - 80 - 100 g;
  • raw egg - 1 pc.;
  • oil - for frying.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse chicken. Dry well. Cut into pieces across the fibers. The optimal thickness of each is about 1 cm.
  2. Slightly recapture prepared slices. Grate with salt and spices. Leave aside for about half an hour.
  3. Sour cream / mayonnaise into a small shallow bowl. To salt. Stir in the egg. Pour in flour. Mix everything well.
  4. Pour grated cheese into the resulting dough.
  5. Preheat a frying pan with oil in advance.
  6. Next, you need to dip each meat piece in the resulting cheese mass and fry until golden and ready on each side.

Serve the resulting treat with cheese sauce or sweet ketchup. Any side dishes and especially their options with gravy are perfectly combined with ready-made chops.
