Not far off everyone's favorite holiday since childhood, New Year! And now it’s time to begin preparations for his meeting. First of all, we will take care of the preparation of the holiday menu. Along with salads, hot, cold dishes and snacks, New Year's desserts will become an indispensable decoration on the table.

Christmas dessert without baking from corn flakes

Cooking the main dishes for the holiday takes a lot of time and effort from the hostess, especially if there is nobody to help her. And the "sweetie" may simply not reach the hands. What to do, because you still want to pamper your relatives? Desserts without baking are a real find in such cases. They are simple and quick to prepare and do not require special expenses, which is also important. We offer the recipe for a dessert made from corn flakes “Fir cones”.

Prepare the ingredients:

  • glazed corn flakes - 160 g;
  • chopped walnuts - 100 g;
  • condensed milk - 1 can;
  • icing sugar - 70 g.

To prepare the dish we will need eighty gram glasses necessarily in the form of a cone. It is this form that will give the dessert a resemblance to fir cones.

We start cooking:

  1. Mix in a suitable container all the ingredients except the powder.
  2. Wet the glasses from the inside with water.
  3. We spread the mixture in glasses, gently tamping.
  4. We put the glasses in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  5. After the required time, we shake out the cones from the cups.
  6. We put the sweet cones on the dish and sprinkle with powder.

Dessert is ready! Both adults and children will like it.

Delicate tiramisu with cottage cheese and strawberries

The recipes for desserts for the New Year are varied, but if there is a desire to surprise guests with something especially gentle and airy, we suggest preparing Tiramisu.Traditionally, it includes quite expensive varieties of cream cheese, but a budget option is also possible. At the same time, in terms of taste, such a dessert is in no way inferior to its expensive fellow.

We will need:

  • low-fat cottage cheese - 500 g;
  • strawberries - 250 g;
  • bananas - 2 pieces;
  • chocolate - 50 g;
  • brewed strong coffee - 40 ml;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • sugar to taste.

Cooking cottage cheese Tiramisu:

  1. Cut peeled bananas and strawberries into thin slices (we leave one berry for decoration).
  2. Beat cottage cheese, coffee, milk and sugar to a creamy consistency.
  3. We lay on the bottom of a suitable glass dish a layer of bananas, strawberries, sprinkle with grated chocolate and cover with a curd mixture. Repeat again, sprinkle with chocolate and decorate with strawberries.
  4. We send the dish in the refrigerator, preferably at night, but 6 hours may be enough.

In cooking, the amount of milk varies depending on the quality of the curd. If it is juicy, less liquid is required than indicated in the recipe.

Light fruit blanmange

A New Year's sweet table will decorate Blanmange, prepared according to a traditional recipe.

 

It consists of:

  • vanilla extract - 2.5 g;
  • cream - 450 ml;
  • condensed milk - 2 cans;
  • gelatin - 35 g;
  • fruit (fresh or canned) - 350 g;
  • heated water - 150 ml.

Getting to the dessert:

  1. Pour gelatin into warm water and stir for half an hour until it is completely dissolved.
  2. We mix the condensed milk, cream and vanilla, add the dissolved gelatin and again mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Pour the resulting mixture into a mold and evenly spread fruit cut into thin slices on it.
  4. We send to the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

Before serving, decorate with fruits and berries.

The dish will acquire an unusual, refined taste if, instead of cream, milk of almond or coconut is used.

Homemade chocolates

No festive table is complete without sweets. New Year's is no exception. People carry kilograms of chocolates from stores, not suspecting that even a child can cook them with their own hands. We offer the simplest recipe for making a confectionery masterpiece called “Balls”.

Take:

  • cocoa powder - 7 tbsp. l .;
  • shortbread cookies - 350 g;
  • milk - faceted glass;
  • next oil - 220 g;
  • ground walnut kernels - 7 tbsp. l .;
  • granulated sugar - faceted glass;
  • powdered sugar - 3 tbsp. l

We prepare the "Balls" as follows:

  1. Pour cocoa sugar with warm milk, mix, put on a fire and heat until the sand is completely dissolved.
  2. Pour the prepared liquid into the crushed cookies, mix thoroughly, achieving the disappearance of lumps and cool.
  3. Add softened butter to the mixture and knead.
  4. We form lumps balls, roll them in nuts and sprinkle with powder.
  5. We send it to the refrigerator for an hour.

The delicacy is ready! It will be a great addition to the festive tea party.

Snowmen from sweet cottage cheese

Cottage cheese is a universal product. From it you can cook a lot of delicious dishes, including desserts. We propose to make sweet “Snowmen” out of it.

The main ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 250 g;
  • next oil - 80 g;
  • icing sugar - 30 g;
  • gelatin - 1 tsp. with a pea;
  • vanillin - 1/3 tsp

For decoration you will need:

  • icing sugar - 50 g;
  • chocolate - 60 g;
  • shortbread cookies - 3 pcs.;
  • cone-shaped chocolates (for a hat);
  • dried apricots and raisins;
  • multi-colored food beads.

Cooking the “Snowman”:

  1. Pre-soak the gelatin in 40 ml of cool water until swelling and dissolve by steam.
  2. In a cup, mix the cottage cheese, softened butter and powder until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  3. Pour gelatin into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. We cover the bowl with polyethylene and send it to the refrigerator until it solidifies.
  5. We make a snowman from the frozen mixture.

The snowman is ready, it remains to decorate it. We make a hat: from the cookies we form the fields, put a candy on top and pour chocolate over it.From multi-colored small dragees, dried fruits and chocolate we make eyes, a nose, a mouth and buttons. Can be served.

Desserts prepared according to the recipes we have proposed will become a real table decoration on New Year's Eve and will pleasantly surprise guests, especially children, with their unique taste!
