  • about 250 grams of pumpkin;
  • any seasoning to your liking;
  • 300 grams of minced meat.

Cooking process:

  1. Place the selected minced meat in a container, mash it well, add the onion, which was cut into small cubes in advance.
  2. Free the pumpkin from the skin and chop, for example, using a grater. You can also finely chop it or mince it.
  3. We combine pumpkin and minced meat, put spices as desired, knead well and use the mass for baking.

How to cook with apples

A very tasty filling is obtained if you combine pumpkin with apples. Be sure to try this autumn vitamin cocktail!

Essential Ingredients:

  • half a lemon;
  • about 500 grams of pumpkin;
  • a glass of sugar or to your taste;
  • a slice of butter, about 50 grams;
  • 3 to 4 small apples.

Cooking process:

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core from them and cut into small cubes.
  2. Grind the pumpkin in the same way, not forgetting to free it from the peel.
  3. Remove the zest from the lemon, grate it on a fine grater, and squeeze the juice from the fruit itself and pour a small portion of it over the apples so that they do not change color. Enough 1 - 2 teaspoons.
  4. Melt the indicated amount of oil until liquid and mix with sugar. Put the pumpkin and apples in the resulting sweet composition, put the stew on low heat and keep until the products are soft. The baking filler is ready.

Delicious Sweet Pumpkin Filling

Filling for sweet cakes according to this recipe will be done with dried fruits. Raisins and dried apricots are ideal.

Essential Ingredients:

  • approximately 150 grams of sugar;
  • about 350 grams of ripe pumpkin sweet varieties;
  • 50 grams of raisins and dried apricots.

Cooking process:

  1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and grind on a coarse grater.
  2. Place in a pan, turn on low heat and begin to simmer it.
  3. When the pumpkin is almost ready, add dried apricots and sugar to it. Dried fruits will absorb pumpkin juice, and sugar will make the filling more sweet.
  4. Before filling the pies, add raisins to the mixture, which must be soaked in advance for a while for softness.

Fancy Turnip Recipe

Essential Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of pumpkin and turnip;
  • two tablespoons of butter and the same amount of sugar;
  • one lemon.

Cooking process:

  1. Rinse the turnips well, peel them and turn them into small cubes. Pour them with water and set to boil.
  2. As soon as the water boils, drain it, mix the turnips with the indicated amount of oil and sugar, so that everything is distributed evenly.
  3. Free the pumpkin from the skin and cut into the same cubes as the turnip.
  4. Mix vegetables with each other, send to the pan, add zest from lemon to them.
  5. Simmer over low heat until all ingredients are soft and use as directed.

For Ossetian pies

Essential Ingredients:

  • spices to your taste (necessarily salt and black pepper);
  • about 200 grams of Ossetian cheese (can be replaced by Adyghe or suluguni);
  • 100 grams of butter.

Cooking process:

  • about 600 grams of pumpkin.

Cooking process:

  1. Rinse the pumpkin well with water, remove the skin from it. Please note that the fruit must be used ripe and for this recipe is better than non-sweet varieties.
  2. Cut the vegetable into small cubes or grate it on a coarse grater.
  3. Chop the onions into small pieces and put them together with pumpkin in a pan. Turn on a weak heating level, add just a little water, mix the contents of the dishes and simmer until the products are soft and the allocated liquid evaporates completely.
  4. When the mixture is almost ready, sprinkle it with salt and black pepper. You can also use other spices and herbs, based on your preferences. Fill the pastries with the finished filling.
