Self-made at home soap bubbles in glycerin are budget and safe. The manufacturer always knows exactly what was included in their composition, and can correct it. In addition, they inflate much better and are stronger than purchased ones. There are several successful recipes involving the use of different compounds.

Composition and proportions of soap bubbles with glycerin

To make glycerin-based soap bubbles, you need to study the exact composition of the recipe and proportions. Each of these indicators is important and requires scrupulousness.

The recipe always includes filtered still water. She becomes his foundation.

  • 100 g of purified water is taken in the middle portion.
  • From this amount of liquid you need to take from 20 to 40 g of glycerol (it is used so that the bubbles do not burst immediately after blowing).
  • The third ingredient is 10 g of soap chips.

Instead of glycerin, you can not take a cream. Pure glycerin is needed, otherwise it will not be possible to achieve the desired result. You can buy it, for example, in a pharmacy or in shops of goods for health and beauty.

For starters, the minimum portion of glycerin is always added - 20 g. If this is not enough and it is not possible to blow bubbles, then the portion is doubled. If you correctly determine how much glycerin to use, the blown “balls” will turn out to be very durable. They will even bounce off the fingers. By the way, sugar syrup and gelatin have the same “fixing” property for bubbles.

A quality soap without any additives or flavors is also added to the indicated amount of main ingredients. Great for household or glycerin.There are some suitable children's options, but before using, you need to carefully study their composition.

  1. To prepare the soap, cut the knife into small pieces or grind it with a grater.
  2. Then it must be completely dissolved in clean water at room temperature.
  3. The resulting composition should be passed through cheesecloth.
  4. And last but not least, add glycerin as described above.

With detergent

If you want to please your child with huge strong bubbles, then you should add a dishwashing detergent to the recipe. It’s not necessary to take expensive. Even the most budgetary one will do.

Ingredients:

  • purified water - 100 g;
  • dishwashing detergent (any) - 30 g;
  • pure glycerin - from 20 to 40 g.

Cooking:

  1. To prepare a composition for blowing bubbles from glycerin and Fairy or other detergent, the first thing you need to do is pour water into a convenient mixing bowl.
  2. Combine room temperature liquid with detergent. Mix well. If boiled water is taken, it must be previously cooled.
  3. Pour a minimal portion of glycerin. Mix everything with a spatula or spoon. Try to blow some bubbles. If this is difficult, then pour the same amount of glycerol. The amount of the latter depends on the quality of the water, so it is extremely difficult to immediately determine its exact portion. It turns out to be done empirically.
  4. Mix everything again. This should be done very carefully so that as little foam as possible forms in the process.

The finished composition can immediately be used for the game.

Fun for kids with water

Another recipe with water as a basis also suggests adding a detergent to the composition for blowing bubbles. But besides him, gelatin and sugar in equal quantities are also taken. A composition prepared according to this recipe with your own hands is much better than a store.

Ingredients:

  • purified warm water - 400 ml;
  • any dishwashing detergent (best of all “Fairies”) - 100 ml;
  • glycerin - 70 - 75 ml;
  • gelatin and sugar beet - 5 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Soak dry glycerin with water according to the instructions on the package. Give him a good swell.
  2. When the dry grains increase sufficiently in size, drain the excess liquid. Strain the mass.
  3. Combine gelatin with granulated sugar. Send it to the stove and dissolve, but do not let the composition boil.
  4. Pour the mixture with water, slightly warm and immediately remove from the stove.
  5. Add detergent. Mix everything well.
  6. Leave the composition at room temperature to infuse for about 20 hours.

Huge and very durable bubbles are made from a mixture according to this recipe.

If the composition is being prepared for games with young children, it is better to replace the detergent with bath foam. Then the bubbles will also have a pleasant aroma. You can take baby shampoo.

The method of dilution with sugar

In addition to sugar, baking powder is added to a solution based on dry ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • purified water - 280 - 300 ml;
  • soap base - 50 - 55 ml;
  • pure glycerin - 25 - 30 ml;
  • beet sugar - 5 tsp;
  • baking powder (baking powder) - 1 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Pour sugar onto the bottom of a container convenient for mixing. Immediately add baking powder to it. Stir dry ingredients.
  2. Pour in glycerin.
  3. Add a soap base. It can be shampoo, detergent, bath foam. Soap chips dissolved in water are also suitable.
  4. Pour all components with the indicated amount of purified water. Mix everything thoroughly so that a lot of foam does not form in the process.
  5. Leave the composition to infuse for about 10 hours right on the table.

The readiness of the mixture for blowing bubbles can be determined by a soap film. Once it becomes solid and dense, the composition can be used for the game.

How and how to inflate bubbles

The easiest way to use a bottle of store mix for games with homemade bubbles.It always has a special nozzle on the lid that allows you to form bubbles. If this was not at hand, you can use any round or oval accessory with a thin border and a hole in the middle. It is from the latter that you can blow the bubble.

  • You can adapt a plastic tube from under juice or soda to your games. It just needs to be lowered into the solution, and then gently blow from one end. By the way, with the help of such tubes, you can even create one bubble inside another. To do this, the first person must inflate a large "ball", and the second - pierce it with a tube soaked in a pre-prepared composition with glycerin, and inflate another bubble inside. The game in this case turns out to be very spectacular.
  • Suitable for blowing bubbles of straws, funnels, even pieces of paper rolled up into a tube.
  • A very interesting way is to use a small plastic bottle. She needs to cut the bottom and lower the remaining wide end into a bowl of water. The neck must first be greased with a composition with glycerin! A large bubble will instantly fly out of it after immersing the bottle in water.

The main secret of strong and large bubbles is the right water for the base. If it is tough, poured directly from under the tap, then it is unlikely to be able to inflate a huge strong ball. Therefore, it is best to take filtered drinking water, boiled or thawed. The main thing is not to use carbonated liquid.
