Meat under a potato coat

Pork cooked in this way will completely retain all its juice.

We will need:

  • medium-sized potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • fillet - 700 g;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 120 g;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • cheese - 260 g.

Step by step recipe for cooking meat under a potato coat:

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  2. Rub it on a coarse grater, salt and leave for a few minutes to form a juice. It must be squeezed out using a colander or gauze.
  3. Add garlic, passed through the press, mayonnaise and mix well.

We will prepare the meat in accordance with all the rules for chops. Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil and send them there, sprinkled with black pepper, greased with mustard and salt.

Cooking a fur coat. Using a coarse grater, grind cucumbers and cheese. Mix with mayonnaise. We cover the pork.
