Minced meat roll in the oven

  • minced meat - 1 kg;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • carrot - 2 pcs.;
  • onions - 3 large heads;
  • salt with pepper, oil - as needed.

  • onion - 5 heads (2 - for minced meat, 3 - for filling);
  • mushrooms - 400 g;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • salt with pepper.

Cooking process:

  1. Soak the crumb in milk, squeeze, introduce into the minced meat along with chopped onions, salt, pepper, eggs.
  2. Chop vegetables and mushrooms, fry and salt to taste.
  3. Make several preparations from minced meat. Put the filling along the edge and roll it into rolls. Be sure to pinch the edges.
  4. Put in a mold and pierce with a fork in several places.
  5. Pour in the remaining milk.

Bake for about 40 minutes, occasionally pouring milk onto the workpiece.

Minced meat roll with prunes

Prunes and walnuts are often added to the filling of such rolls, which give the appetizer a special taste and aroma.

  • minced meat - 0.7 kg;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • slices of loaf - 4 pcs.;
  • cheese - a 100 gram piece;
  • prunes - 2 handfuls;
  • nuts - a handful;
  • milk - 75 ml;
  • salt, spices, breadcrumbs.

Sequencing:

  1. Soak the crumb in milk.
  2. Grind dried fruits with nuts in a blender, but not very finely. It should be small pieces, not crumbs.
  3. Grate cheese and add to chopped mass.
  4. Combine the minced meat with bread, egg. Salt and knead. Put on cling film and flatten to make an oblong rectangle.
  5. Lay out the filling and using the film carefully roll up the workpiece. Bread in the bread.
