Cranberry fruit drink - a classic recipe for fresh berries

To quench your thirst with cranberry juice, prepared according to the classic recipe, you should prepare:

  • 290 g of fresh (or frozen) cranberries;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 1500-2000 ml of drinking water.

Preparation of fruit drinks in stages:

  1. The first step is cranberries. To do this, the berries are transferred to a non-oxidizing bowl (glass, plastic or enameled) and knead with a potato masher or a wooden spoon. Morse from frozen cranberries is prepared in the same way, with the only correction: before squeezing the juice, the berries should thaw completely and better if this happens at room temperature.
  2. The resulting slurry is transferred to a gauze folded into several layers and weighed before separation into juice and oilcake.

For cranberry-cowberry juice, the proportions of the products are as follows:

  • 300 g cranberries;
  • 200 g lingonberries;
  • 2500 ml of filtered water;
  • 100-120 g or to taste of sugar.

Working process:

  1. Wipe the berries through a very fine sieve. You need to do this as carefully as possible to get as much juice as possible.

  • 1800 ml of prepared water;
  • 200 g of granulated sugar;
  • 300 g of cranberries.

Sequencing:

  1. Using a submersible blender, turn the berry base of the fruit drink into a homogeneous slurry, which then transfer to a multicooker bowl. Sugar and water are also sent to the electric pot.   • 200 g cranberries;
  • 200 g lingonberries;
  • 100 g of sugar.

Cooking sequence:

  1. Mint leaves, washed and chopped apples in small slices, pour water, heat to a boil and boil with sugar for several minutes.
  2. In a blender, mashed cranberries and lingonberries. Pour the berry puree with a hot broth and insist everything until completely cooled. Then filter through a sieve, sweeten with sugar as desired.

With blueberries

For cranberry juice with a citrus-ginger aroma you will need:

  • 300 g cranberries;
  • 2 medium-sized oranges;
  • 10 g (approximately a 2 x 2 cm piece) of ginger;
  • 200 g of sugar;
  • 30 g of honey;
  • 1500 ml of water.

How to cook cranberry juice with ginger root:

  1. Squeeze the juice in any available way from cranberries and oranges. Do not throw out the cake.
  2. Cut ginger into thin slices, peel of one orange into small slices. Put this together with the “waste” after receiving the juice and sugar in a suitable container. Pour in water and boil for five minutes, after the water boils.

The benefits of fruit drink will increase several times, its taste will become deeper and more tender if the cranberry juice is not diluted with ordinary water, but with rosehip infusion.   • 2000 ml of water;
