  • 400 g frozen berries
  • 2 l of purified water
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 carnation inflorescence
  • 1 g vanilla

Cooking:

  1. Defrost fruits at room temperature, rinse under running water, placing in a sieve or colander.
  2. Grind the berries in a blender, squeeze the juice from the pulp into a separate container.
  3. Put the pomace in a saucepan and add water to a boil.
