  • slaked soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • semolina - 3 tbsp;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. without a hill;
  • vegetable fat (to lubricate the form).

Boiled carrot is rubbed on a coarse grater. Separately, the yolks are mixed with proteins, sugar, and semolina. After that, the carrots and the mixture of the remaining products are combined, kneaded and laid out in a form previously greased with fat. Bake the products in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about half an hour.

  • butter - 20 g;
  • flour - 1 tbsp.

Carrots are boiled until soft in clean water. To keep its juiciness and taste, it is better to cook the root crop in the “uniform”. It is important to note that a prescription needs a little more than half a kilogram of boiled vegetable, so initially you need to take about 900 g of raw product.

After the root crop has boiled and cooled slightly, you need to grate it on a fine grater. Separately, beat the yolks with proteins and sugar until the mass becomes white and double the original volume. Soda, cinnamon, carrot and semolina are added to this mixture. Everything is kneaded until smooth.

The baking dish is oiled and sprinkled with flour. If there are small tins, you can bake a vegetable pie in them - it will be more interesting to small gourmets. First, pour raisins with warm water and leave until the berries are soft. Peeled carrots are ground in a blender, along with sugar, eggs and butter. Then, semolina, salt, baking powder and spices are introduced into the mixture. Everything is mixed and set aside for 25 minutes until the white grains swell. At the end, raisins are introduced into the total mass, and the products are mixed until smooth.

The bowl of the multicooker is greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs (can be semolina). Next, a casserole preparation is laid out in it, everything is leveled and baked in the “baking” mode for 45 minutes. When the cake cools down a bit, you can remove it from the mold, pour it with jam and serve.
