  • It is imperative that you drink plenty of fluids daily. This is not only the usual drinking water, but also green tea and milk. You can treat yourself to one glass of kefir / milk per day. Carrot juice is also allowed, but of course only freshly squeezed!
  • The root crop is allowed to combine with some fruits. First of all, with any citrus fruits, as well as apples, pomegranate, pears.
