What do you need:

  • butter - a 100-gram piece;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • milk - 75 ml;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 0.4 kg;
  • soda - a pinch;
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp;
  • vanilla sugar - as needed.

How to cook:

  1. Remove the oil from the refrigerator in advance to bring it to room temperature.

A simple recipe for baking on margarine includes the following necessary components:

  • flour - 0.4 kg;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • margarine - a 100-gram piece;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • milk - 80 ml;
  • baking powder bag - 10 g.

 

Sequencing:

  1. Remove margarine from the refrigerator in advance. When it becomes soft, beat it with sugar.
  2. Add milk, baking powder to the mass, beat in the egg.
  3. Add flour, knead the dough. It should be soft and soft to the touch.
