The non-alcoholic Mojito recipe will make it possible to prepare a delicious refreshing cocktail. It will be relevant to serve it on a hot summer day for dinner or even for the festive table instead of the usual compote / juice. This version of the cocktail can be tasted even by children.

The classic recipe for non-alcoholic "Mojito"

Ingredients:

  • lime - whole;
  • mint - 6-7 branches;
  • sugar - 3 tsp;
  • water - 3 tsp;

Mint and lime are the essential ingredients of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. But there are original recipes, the main components of which are changed.   • ice.

  1. Rinse the berries. Using a special device or a regular pin, carefully remove the bones from them. For a cocktail, only fresh cherry is suitable.

  3. Tear leaves of washed and dried greens with your hands.

Ingredients:

  • watermelon pulp - 2 full glasses;
  • mint leaves - 4 pcs.;
  • slices of fresh lime - 2 pcs.;
  • brown sugar - ½ teaspoon;
  • crushed ice - 3 large spoons.

Cooking:

  1. It is very important to choose a ripe, tasty and sweet watermelon for such a recipe. The pulp of a berry needs to be cut into small pieces. Carefully sort them out for pits. Of the latter, it will be necessary to remove both white and brown.
  2. Send the watermelon pulp to the blender bowl. Interrupt until smooth. Strain the released watermelon juice through the smallest sieve. Thick can be thrown away.

  • fresh cucumber - 1 pc.;
  • lemon - half;
  • light basil - 2-3 branches;
  • fresh mint - 2 branches;
  • granulated sugar (white or brown) - 1 large spoon;
  • highly carbonated mineral water - 1 cup.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly. Without peeling it, grind it using a grater with the smallest divisions.
  2. Squeeze juice out of the resulting chips. Immediately send it to a container in which a cocktail will be prepared.
  3. Pour the torn (pre-washed and dried) leaves of greens into a small bowl - both basil and mint. Add sugar to them. Knead the ingredients with a crush.
  4. Add slices of lemon. Knead again.
  5. Transfer fragrant greens to cucumber juice.
