  1. Mix and grind all spices.
  2. Bring the combined liquids to a boil, add tea to them.
  3. After boiling again, pour in aromatic herbs.
  4. Turn off the fire immediately.
  5. Leave the drink to infuse for 15 - 17 minutes.

Strain the tea and serve.

Vitamin recipe with oranges

The composition of the components: 90 ml of raw water, 2 tbsp. l black or red tea, 3 small oranges, granulated sugar to taste, 6 boxes of cardamom, a pinch of nutmeg (ground or grated nut) and black pepper, a cinnamon stick, cloves and fresh ginger to taste.

  1. Grind all declared spices. To make the tea especially aromatic, you should use a regular mortar for this purpose and grind the seasonings manually.
  2. The cinnamon stick just breaks in half. Ginger peels and finely rubs. You can take a whole nutmeg and chop its half yourself. For example, using a fine grater.
  3. Orange does not need to be cleaned. Wash it well enough and brush it, then pour boiling water for 1 minute. Next, the fruit across the lobules is cut into thin circles.

  5. When the liquid boils again, slices of citrus and granulated sugar are added to it.

Ingredients: 520 ml of skim milk and pure water, 2 tbsp. l red tea, 4 tsp cane sugar, 2 tsp. ½ tsp cinnamon black pepper and turmeric, 1 tsp. ground ginger, cardamom, ground shambhala, 20 buds of cloves, a pinch of nutmeg (ground nut).
