  • mineral water with gas - 350 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml;
  • onions - 500 g;
  • two pinches of salt and one pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. We wash the chicken, cut the veins, divide into cubes about 4-5 cm in size.
  2. To obtain a universal marinade, we combine aromatic oil, favorite spices and seasonings, onion shredded in half rings in a spacious enameled bowl. Add carbonated drink, mix thoroughly, keep in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours.
