  • a glass of sugar, kefir, flour and cereal;
  • 250 g grated cottage cheese;
  • 3 eggs;
  • half a teaspoon of soda.

How to cook:

  1. Mix semolina with kefir and let stand for a quarter of an hour to swell.

Delicate, friable pastries can be prepared without adding flour. It is replaced by semolina, for a glass of which they take as much sugar, 350 g of mashed cottage cheese, an incomplete glass of kefir, 3 eggs, a teaspoon of baking powder.

How to cook:

  1. Pour kefir into the cereal, mix thoroughly and set for an hour to swell the cereal.
  2. Mix all other ingredients except soda, beat with a mixer.
  3. Carefully stir in soda, swollen semolina.
