Mannik is a delicacy familiar to everyone since childhood, characterized by a friable, granular structure. Unlike pies on flour, such baking is not characterized by porosity, airiness. You can cook it on almost any basis (milk, kefir), but most of all it is surprising mannick on water.

Classic manic on the water in the oven

The main and constant components for making the pie are semolina, sweetener and liquid base. Some choose fermented milk products as such, others practice cooking on juices. But, perhaps, the most budgetary and, what is pleasant, delicious are semolina pies on the water.

Let's look at the basic recipe, on the basis of which you can bake a treat with any kind of fillers.

Ingredients:

  • semolina - a glass;
  • water is a glass;
  • flour - a glass;
  • sugar - 1/2 cup;
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 cup;
  • baking powder - 10 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • vanillin - a bag.

200 ml beaker.

We prepare the dough for the conceived goodies:

  1. Mix cereal and sugar. Fill them with hot boiled water. For the mixing process to be successful, remember that the water should be hot, but not cool boiling water. We wait 30 minutes until the mixture swells and the sugar dissolves.
  2. 30 minutes have passed. We begin to act: break eggs to semolina and sugar. We arm ourselves with a mixer and beat.
  3. We measure the required amount of oil. It is ideal to take lean, but always refined, odorless. Whip again.
  4. Separately combine flour and baking powder. Sifted. Mix with vanilla.
  5. Pour the dry mixture to the finished mass.
  6. Knead until the mass becomes completely homogeneous.
  7. The baking dish is not only greased with oil, but also sprinkled with semolina.
  8. We spread the dough for the pie in the prepared form and immediately send it to the oven. It should already be warmed up to 180 ° C.
  9. After 50 minutes, the mannik should be ready. But to make sure of this, pierce the cake with a wooden skewer.

We remove the finished manna on water from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with a sweet drink.

Note! Mannik is better removed from the mold in the cooled form, so it is better to wait a couple of hours.

Cake with semolina and apples

Baking with the addition of apples always turns out juicy and tender. And mannick is no exception. And the combination of crumbly structure of semolina pie and juiciness of an apple enthralls.

To prepare a test for a pie with semolina and apples, you will need the following ingredients:

  • semolina - 200 g;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • water - 200 ml;
  • apples - 5 pcs.;
  • flour - 160 g;
  • soda - 3 g;
  • lemon juice - 5 ml;
  • refined sunflower oil - 100 ml.

Note, the dough is kneading without the use of eggs, which is also an absolute plus.

Step by step recipe:

  1. As in the previous recipe, first mix semolina and sugar. Fill everything with water and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. After half an hour, pour the oil into the mixture. Knead well.
  3. We extinguish soda with lemon juice. It can be replaced with vinegar. Until the quenching reaction has passed, add soda to the dough and knead.
  4. Sift the flour and put into the dough. Mix.
  5. Getting to the apples. Peel them. Cut the flesh into slices or cubes. Stir in the dough.Note! Unpeeled apples seem to merge with the structure of the pie. If you want to clearly feel the pieces of fruit in the finished baking, do not remove the peel.
  6. We put it in a silicone mold and send it to the oven preheated to 180 ° C.

Bake for 40 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven. Remove from the mold cooled.

No flour in a slow cooker

Semi-cooked semolina pie, cooked without flour, will become an absolute favorite among housewives who value their time, but are not ready to sacrifice the taste of dishes.

 

Ingredients:

  • semolina - a glass;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • water is a glass;
  • sugar - 160 g;
  • vanillin - 1 g;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.

The volume of a glass is 200 ml.

Cooking method:

  1. To get the structure of the dough characteristic of the manna, fill the semolina with water and wait. It is ideal to wait an hour, but if time is running out, 30 minutes is enough.
  2. About 5 minutes before the end of the infusion, beat the sugar with eggs until the mass is whitened.
  3. We introduce vanillin and baking powder to the sugar mass. Knead.
  4. We combine the swollen semolina and sugar mass.
  5. Do not forget that butter will facilitate the subsequent process of extracting the pie from the bowl, so we lubricate it generously.
  6. Pour the resulting dough into the bowl. We put the slow cooker in the "Baking" mode for 65 minutes. When the signal sounds, the unit does not open and do not turn off. Let the manna stand in the “Heating” mode for another 10 minutes.

Baking in a slow cooker always turns out flawless. With the only correction for the fact that the pies are not browned on top. This can be easily fixed by simply turning the product over and turning on the baking for another 10 minutes.

With cocoa

The recipe is for those who for some reason can not include eggs in their diet. We’ll cook not just mannick on the water without eggs, but chocolate, which can be put on one step with the most delicious chocolate biscuit cakes.

Ingredients:

  • semolina - st .;
  • water - st .;
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 tbsp .;
  • flour - 1/2 tbsp .;
  • sugar - 2/3 st .;
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp;
  • vanillin - 1 g.

Cooking method:

  1. As in previous recipes, semolina should be filled with water. But before that, mix the cereal with sugar.Note! Water can be hot, but by no means boiling boiling water. Otherwise, the semolina will boil and curl.
  2. Leave the mixture for an hour.
  3. After 60 minutes, sift flour and cocoa powder into it. Also add baking powder, vanillin and oil.
  4. We put the finished dough into a baking dish coated with oil and powdered with semolina.
  5. Bake at a temperature of 180 ° C for 50 minutes.

The recipe can be adapted to the capabilities of the multicooker. Repeat the procedure for lubricating with oil and sprinkling with semolina, but increase the time to 65 minutes. We bake in the "Baking" mode.

Mannik on the water with eggs

And finally, prepare the semolina pie on the water with eggs.

Ingredients:

  • semolina - st .;
  • sugar - st .;
  • water - st .;
  • oatmeal - st .;
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 tbsp .;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • baking powder - 10 g;
  • vanillin - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. The test will be quite a lot, so you should take a capacious capacity. We combine semolina and sugar in it.
  2. Pour sugar and semolina with warm water. We are waiting from 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Break the eggs into the mixture. Mix with a whisk.
  4. After mixing the sweet mixture with the eggs, pour the oil into it. Take the last odorless.
  5. Sift flour together with baking powder and vanilla. Stir in the dough.
  6. The resulting composition is laid out in an oiled form and sent to the oven preheated to 180 ° C.

Bake until cooked for 40 minutes. We wait another about an hour before the cake cools down and remove the manna, cooked in water with eggs, from the mold.
