Even such a banal simple dish, like pasta with cutlets, can be turned into a culinary masterpiece. It will turn out to be so delicious that it will not be possible to restrain the appetite of even the most sophisticated gourmet.

Classic Dinner

This is the simplest that you can imagine, a modern culinary classic, beloved since Soviet times. Homemade meatballs and pasta can be served for lunch and dinner.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 800 g;
  • pasta - 1 pack per 400 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • bread - 2 slices;
  • vegetable oil for frying - 3 tbsp. l;
  • milk - 1 tbsp .;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • garlic, salt, spices, herbs.

Cooking method:

  1. Prepared bread pour milk.
  2. Chop onion and garlic finely, mix with minced meat.
  3. Stir in the egg, pour softened bread with milk. Then salt, add your favorite spices. Stir the prepared meat thoroughly.
  4. Form cutlets with a spoon and fry them in warmed vegetable oil until a pleasant crust.
  5. Simultaneously with the frying cutlets, put a pot of water on the fire, boil, salt and throw pasta there. After 7 - 8 minutes, drain boiling water and add vegetable oil to pasta.
  6. Lay out pasta and meatballs on serving plates, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.

Pasta with meatballs in the oven

The oven always helps out when you need to cook something very tasty. When baking, any products acquire a unique aroma, are covered with a thin, pleasant crust. No exception - and pasta with meatballs in the oven.

 

Ingredients:

  • ground beef - 0.5 kg;
  • white bread - 2 slices;
  • grated cheese, better than Parmesan - 50 g;
  • milk - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • spaghetti - 1 pack per 400 g;
  • ready tomato sauce - 1 pack;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic, parsley, salt, pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour the bread crumb, most of the parsley, garlic and cheese with milk and grind in a blender. Stir the resulting mass with minced meat. Drive an egg into it. Then everything should be salt and pepper.
  2. We form cutlets, place them on a baking sheet and put in the oven.Cutlets can also be baked in the sleeve if you want to get a diet dish. It will be enough to hold them in the oven for about 20 minutes over high heat.
  3. Meanwhile, boil spaghetti in salted water. When they are ready, drain the water and season them with vegetable oil.
  4. We spread spaghetti on portioned plates, next to them we nicely arrange cutlets. Pour it over with tomato sauce, sprinkle with the remaining chopped herbs and grated cheese.

Cooking with delicious gravy

Wonderful patties with aromatic gravy are suitable for a family dinner table. Serve spaghetti for garnish.

Ingredients:

  • pork - 0.5 kg;
  • beef - 0.5 kg;
  • long loaf - 1/3 part;
  • egg - 3 pcs.;
  • soft cheese, preferably Suluguni - 200 g;
  • spaghetti - 1 pack;
  • Tomatoes in their own juice - to taste;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic;
  • chili pepper - ½ pod;
  • spices (coriander, basil, caraway seeds, pepper) - according to taste preferences;
  • greens, salt, vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

  1. Twist the minced beef and pork. Crumble the loaf into it. Salt, pepper, add spices and chopped chili. Pour in a whole egg and one yolk. Mix the resulting mass well.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and put the formed patties on it. Fry a little, but not until fully prepared.
  3. Now we make the gravy: in another pan, fry the chopped garlic and onions, add tomatoes, spices, salt. Stew this mixture for three minutes.
  4. Then pour part of the gravy onto a baking sheet with closed sides. We put cutlets on it and pour them with the remaining tomato sauce. Top with cheese cut into thin slices.
  5. Tom in the oven for 20 minutes, the temperature regime - 170 - 180 degrees.
  6. During this time, boil the spaghetti, then drain the water. We wash the pasta under a stream of cold water and let it drain. Optionally, you can also fry a little spaghetti in oil in a pan, not forgetting to salt.

A little tip: so that the pasta does not stick when cooking, you can add a little vegetable oil to the water in which they are boiled.

Put the spaghetti on the dish, place the patties with tomato sauce on it, sprinkle everything on top with chopped herbs and serve. Bon Appetit!
