Oven-style pasta with minced meat in the oven

Everyone knows pasta navy. As a rule, they are cooked in a pan. But if you slightly change the tradition and cook this dish in the oven, you get a delicious casserole.

For cooking you will need:

  • pasta - 200 g;
  • minced meat - 400 g;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • tomato paste - 300 ml;
  • sunflower oil - 40 ml;
  • salt and spices to taste.

Cooking a dish:

  1. Finely chopped onion and fry in oil in a pan until golden brown.
  2. Add the minced meat, knead it well so that there are no lumps, sprinkle with salt and spices and fry, constantly stirring, until cooked. The liquid should completely evaporate, and the meat should acquire a brown color.
  3. Boil pasta, as indicated on the packaging of this particular product + 1 minute.
  4. Preparing the sauce: pour the pasta into the pan, boil, stirring for 3 minutes, add 150 ml of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. We spread the prepared ingredients in a greased baking dish: 1 layer - ½ part of pasta, 2 layer - whole minced meat, 3 layer - other pasta.
  6. Pour all the sauce (pasta should not completely hide under it).
  7. We send the dish to the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 5 minutes.
  8. Grate the cheese, get the dish, sprinkle it with the resulting chips and put it in the oven again for 10 - 15 minutes (until a crust appears).

Pasta casserole with minced meat in the oven is ready. Can be served.

The recipe for large stuffed shells

Stuffed pasta is quite suitable for a festive table.To cook this Italian dish you will need large shell pasta ("conciglioni").

We will need:

  • shell pasta - 35 pcs.;
  • minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • cheese - 150 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • sweet pepper - 1/2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 teeth .;
  • sour cream - 100 ml;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml.

For juiciness, it is best to take pork minced meat, but you can take chicken or beef, adding a little butter to it.

Cooking steps:

  1. We put seashells in boiling water (at the rate of 1: 2) and cook until half ready. We recline in a colander and place the products in cold water to prevent gluing.
  2. Stuff the minced meat in a very hot pan and knead well so that there are no lumps left. Pepper and salt, fry, stirring constantly.
  3. After browning the minced meat, transfer it to a suitable container, cool slightly, add grated cheese (50 g) and a raw egg. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Preparing the sauce: lightly fry chopped onions and garlic in a frying pan in oil, add coarsely chopped pepper and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the paste into the vegetables mixed with 200 ml of water. Stew for another 5 minutes, then scroll through the composition in a blender.
  6. Pour the prepared sauce into molds of 2 tbsp. spoons.
  7. Fill the shells with the prepared minced meat and carefully place on the sauce.
  8. The remaining dressing is mixed with sour cream and pour the resulting mixture of shells.
  9. Sprinkle the grated cheese into the pasta and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes before browning.

The dish is ready. Serve immediately, sprinkled with herbs.

Stuffed pasta tubes (cannelloni) can be cooked in the same way.

Lasagna - step by step cooking

Lasagna is a dish of Italian cuisine, which has become a favorite among Russians.

For its preparation, the following ingredients are required:

  • pasta - 0.5 kg;
  • minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • milk - 0.5 l;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • oil - 200 g;
  • tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2 teeth .;
  • flour - 5 tbsp. l

 

Cooking a dish:

  1. Boil large pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel the peeled tomatoes.
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  5. Place minced meat in a hot pan and fry for 2 minutes. Then add onion and garlic and continue frying for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Pour in mashed tomatoes, stir, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes under the lid.
  7. Make the sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan, gently, stirring, add flour and fry for 3 minutes. Then, in a thin stream, without stopping to stir, pour in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Lay the layers in a baking dish: 1 - pasta, 2 - minced meat (you can alternate several times). Then pour the sauce over the dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Prepare lasagna in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for half an hour.

Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce

The familiar pasta dish will gain an exquisite taste thanks to the Bolognese sauce.

We will need:

  • ground beef - 0.5 kg;
  • pasta - 500 g;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • cheese - 200 g;
  • tomato paste - 120 ml.

We start cooking:

  1. Fry chopped onions and garlic in a hot skillet for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced meat, knead, salt and pepper, continue to fry over moderate heat until a mixture of a grayish tint is obtained.
  3. Pour tomato paste into the resulting composition and simmer further.
  4. We pour tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin and grind to a porridge-like state.
  5. Add the tomatoes to the minced meat and simmer for a quarter of an hour over low heat.
  6. Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  7. We mix ready-made pasta and sauce, put it in a baking dish and send it to the oven for 10 minutes.

When the dish is ready, lay it on plates, sprinkle with grated cheese and decorate with herbs.

Minced pasta nests

Another great dish that came to us from Italian cuisine is pasta nests with minced meat.

For cooking, you need pasta twisted in the form of nests.To better maintain their shape, it is better to take durum wheat products.

So, we take:

  • pasta nests - 12 pcs. (0.5 kg);
  • minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • bulbs - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste - 100 g;
  • hard cheese - 250 g;
  • sour cream - 150 ml;
  • granulated sugar - 25 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml;
  • mayonnaise - 175 g.

We prepare the dish as follows:

  1. We cook the nests according to the instructions on the packaging, but until half ready. We recline in a colander (we do not pour out water - it will come in handy!) We put on a baking sheet, smeared with oil.
  2. Finely chop the onion and add ½ part of it to the minced meat.
  3. Three cheese and half as well sent to the meat composition.
  4. Drive the egg into the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix.
  5. Preparing the sauce: fry in vegetable oil in a pan the remaining onions and grated carrots. After 3 minutes, add the pasta, sour cream, sugar, spices and pour 300 ml of water drained from pasta. Mix everything and simmer for 5 - 7 minutes.
  6. Gently push the middle of each "nest" and put the minced meat, slightly crushing with a spoon. Pour the sauce, grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for half an hour in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Tip: so that the nests during cooking do not lose shape and do not stick together, you need to cook them in parts (not all at once), laying on the bottom of the pan in one layer.
