Sequencing:

  1. Prepare vegetables: cut them lengthwise into halves, remove all the flesh and seeds. Finely chop the part of the seedless seed with a knife.

  3. Stuff the minced meat with bread, zucchini pulp, herbs, egg, half the grated cheese and salt.
  4. Fill the blanks with filling, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Bake in refractory form for about an hour.

With the addition of tomatoes

Baked zucchini in the oven is considered a diet dish. Tomatoes will help make them more juicy.

What do you need:

  • zucchini - 3 fruits;
  • minced meat - 0.4 kg;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • bow - head;
  • cheese and mayonnaise - 100 g each;
  • salt with pepper, oil - as needed.

It is better to take young fruits, then they do not need to be peeled.

Cooking process:

  1. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into 2 parts. Remove seeds and excess pulp with a small spoon. The width of the walls should be no more than 1 cm thick.
  2. Chop the onion, fry it. Add minced meat, mix and fry together for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt, pepper, add diced tomatoes.
  3. Grate the cheese.
  4. Put the blanks on a baking sheet, fill with the fried mass. Grind with cheese and grease with mayonnaise.

Bake for about half an hour until cooked.

Recipe with Vegetables and Cheese

This full-fledged dish can just be prepared for a family dinner.

Necessary components:

  • zucchini - 3 fruits;
  • onion - 1 large head;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs. (multi-colored);
  • minced meat - 300 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • hard cheese - a 100-gram piece;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • dill - a bunch;
  • salt, pepper and oil.

In some cases, for satiety, boiled rice or bulgur is still added to the filling.

Sequencing:

  1. Prepare zucchini, cutting them and removing the pulp (leave part). Lubricate the inside with oil. Put the blanks on a baking sheet with cuts down and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, make the filling. Chop onion with garlic and pepper, grate carrots and fry. Cut a portion of the remaining pulp and add to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes. Put the vegetable mass in a separate container.
  3. Grate cheese, chop dill, cut into slices tomatoes.
  4. Fry the minced meat in the same pan. Combine it with vegetable mass, half cheese chips, dill. Salt and pepper.
  5. Put half-baked blanks on a baking sheet, fill with filling, decorate with tomato slices on top. Season to taste.
  6. Bake for about half an hour.

Remove, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and return to the oven again for browning.

Mushroom Stuffed Boats

A zucchini boat with mushrooms is simple, satisfying and tasty.

What is necessary:

  • zucchini - 3 fruits;
  • minced meat - 300 g;
  • mushrooms - 300 g;
  • cheese - a 150 gram slice;
  • sour cream with a high percentage of fat content - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • onion - a large head;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • pepper and salt, oil.

Cooking process:

  1. Chop the onion and sauté it. Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms into small slices and add to the pan. Simmer until liquid evaporates.
  2. Put minced meat in a pan. Fry, add soy sauce, add chopped garlic, spices, salt, sour cream. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, grate the cheese.
  4. Prepare the vegetables and fill them with still warm filling. Sprinkle liberally with cheese.

Bake for about ¾ hour. Willingness to determine by zucchini: if they are easily pierced, then the dish is ready.

Hearty dish with potatoes

To get a full dinner, you can add potatoes to the zucchini.

Necessary components:

  • zucchini - 3 fruits;
  • minced meat - 300 g;
  • onion - a large head;
  • potatoes and bell pepper - 5 pcs.;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, pepper, oil.

Sequencing:

  1. Prepare vegetables, trying to do this as carefully as possible. Fry the workpiece until half cooked.
  2. Grind onions and sauté, add tomato paste with minced meat and some pulp. Stew until minced meat is cooked. If there is little liquid, and the contents of the pan begin to fry, then you need to pour a little water. Salt and pepper.
  3. Put the blanks in a mold and fill them with meat mass.
  4. Cut potatoes with pepper into thin pieces and lay out in layers where there is free space. Optionally pour tomato paste diluted in a small amount of water.

Bake until vegetables are cooked.
